Queen of Pawns Broadway, West Palm Beach

Where can I start, I came to Queen of Pawns to buy a fire arm. I was kindly met by an educated gentleman named Gary. He was not pushy for a sale but informative, asking questions to find the perfect item for me to purchase. Gary is a good example on perfect customer service. I will be back to do more business very soon!!

These guys are amazing. I couldn't believe how friendly they were and how they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They give much better prices than the other Pawn shops I have been to in this area. I feel at ease whenever I need a small loan immediately that my items will be safe until I pick them up. Highly recommend!

The entire staff at the Broadway Avenue Queen of Pawns have always provided fantastic service to myself and anyone I have seen walk through their doors. Gerry has been a phenomenal associate to work with and is always ready to assist. Julian is an excellent manager and is very involved and willing to help.

Julian, the manager is very professional. The time it took for him to come out to talk to me after me walking in the shop was less than 5 minutes. He is very friendly and gave me a very fair price on my outdated technology (TVs). The process of selling my items was very efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend coming to this place if you are looking to sell something, want to browse a bit, or you have a specific item in mind. They have mostly jewelry, technology, and tools.

Best Pawnshop in South Florida by far. Great prices on merchandise and top dollar paid on loans. The staff is always friendly and know what they are talking about. I highly recommend if your looking for a deal on guns or tools. I also recommend if you're a little low on cash and need a little help to get you to the next paycheck.

Trust me go to Value Pawn or Cash America to get more for your items and Value Pawn actually accpets some of the items this pawnshop doesn't. I spent a good amount of money over the years at this place buying jewelry but when I needed assistance they were no help at all. Take your business elsewhere.

Unfair treatment of Afro Americans. I have come into this place of business on multiple occasions, having items that are of value. Like up to date smart TV's 55 inch, Iphone, and other value goods, they would not take anything i presented, but as i left, i watched them pawn items that weren't up to date and worth less than my items. It seems to me this store only favors Latinos, and whites,not Afro Americans.
