Our agent, Beth Chappell, went above and beyond to help us get our house fixed up and decorated to show to its best advantage, including contacting a handyman friend and personally helping stage the rooms. She was quite savvy in setting the list price competitively, such that we had 22 showings and 4 offers above list price in the first two days on the market. Beth also personally picked up the check from this closing and drove it to the closing on the house we were purchasing so we could do both transactions on the same day. We had worked with Beth before when buying this property in 2016, and were thrilled to be able to work with her again. She did a fantastic job, and all of this during a pandemic!
