The building is easy to find, but parking was a little confusing. There are only around 4-6 parking spots at the "front" of the building, and there was some working going on so I had to back out. There is a multilevel parking ramp behind the building that wasn't immediately visible. From the ramp you may need to take the stairs/elevator up to level one to walk to the lobby of the Olympic Place office building Gibraltar Title is in. There are eight floors, Gibraltar is on the second floor. We had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment before they were ready for us, but everyone was pleasant and the paperwork went pretty quickly. Everyone in the office days they have been vaccinated, and face masks are optional. They will wear a mask if you feel more comfortable that way, or everyone can be unmasked. There were hand sanitizer stations in the building and sanitizer in the Gibraltar office suite also.

Great experience. Kelly was knowledgeable in the closing documents. Explained what we were signing. Started on time in and out with any issues. I recommend using Gibraltar Title for your closing.
