Northland Credit was able to help me get in to my first truck. They also told me about getting my own authority and where to set up my IRP account. I am a start up company, so yes, the payment is a little higher. It is A LOT better than renting for $600/weekly or doing a lease with my hauling company and having a maintenance escrow I never get back. The other negative reviews must be people who had problems with their account or didn't get approved and wanted somewhere to complain. Customer service is awesome and if I ever needed anything about my account, I was able to contact someone directly. Thanks for giving me a chance!

If you have no place else to go, then do what you have to do, but if you have options go somewhere else. Don’t expect a truth in lending statement. On a $30,000 loan that I put $5000 down. I got the loan in October paid it off in August. Payments were $1568, so I paid a little over $19,000. When I went to pay it off in full, 23,894. So over the course of roughly 10 months I paid $1106 off the principal. In that time I paid around $13000 in interest. If I would’ve continued the remaining 2 years I would’ve paid another $13000 in interest. To actually get the loan, they were being a pain. They kept saying they need a contract between me and the company I was going to be running under. The company said they wouldn’t put anything in writing because they still have to inspect the truck before they contract me. For how badly they get you on the loan, you think they would make it easy. The best part about this company is I’m done dealing with them

I got my loan, I knew I going to pay high interest but I got my truck , now if’s up to me to pay off a soon is possible, I need to call NCC to find out if this loan they report it to my credit, so far no complaint, thanks NCC

Received my title to truck and trailer in the mail yesterday. Thanks to everyone there at Northland Credit Corp. They gave me a chance when no one else would and I flat out own my truck and trailer now. 😁

So far I am very disappointed with this company. There is a big lack of communication with this company. Its hard just to get a simple update. If this changes then I will update my review.

I was in the process of getting my first truck 6 years ago. After the first finance company got me to the truck, but took half of my down-payment and left me in Missouri without a truck to go home in🤦🏽‍♂️. Pete and the Awesome queens at Northland took a chance on me and put me in the truck! Even when I went through some HARD times during my financial term, Northland allowed me to work my way through them and receive my pink slips for truck and trailer last year 🙏🏽! I would recommend anyone to deal with this guys because they are awesome ppl!! As long as I communicated with them about everything, I never had a problem!

This is the only place that is willing work with you when no one else will if you have bad credit or challenged credit. Jim C. was able to get me a flatbed trailer loan which i already paid off because they worked with my circumstances and not only my credit. Well, I received a loan from them. The beginning and process to get it was good and Whitney and Mimi were fantastic. However, once it was done, getting it funded was a nightmare. Dee Dee is a rude imbecile. I all I kept hearing from her was well we don't do that even though it was all approved by the manager Mimi. Last Friday was excuse after excuse to get it funded. Mimi sent me a wire transferform to have the seller feel out so they could wire his account. He provided a voided check and filled the form out. It was sent back well in advance of the cutoff time. Well they didn't get it funded. Here it is Monday and Dee Dee calls. Says everything was now ready and that they would be wiring the bank the payoff and the s3ller the difference from the sale. I asked when and was told noonish. Well noon rolls around and I get another call from Dee Dee who says they aren't going to wire the seller now and instead overnight a check to me instead because they didn't feel comfortable wiring it to Wells Fargo because they would email or fax them the sellers private information and only verified the voided check info over the phone. So I questioned it and was told by Dee Dee "Oh well, it happens". If I would have dealt with her before now, I would never have gotten the loan. So, the loan. Well I borrowed 35000. Kept asking what the interest rate was and kept being told they don't use them (This should have clued me in). After everything was done, I was told that my payment would be 1829.74 for 36 months which calculates out to 47%. You then have to make your first and last two payments plus a 349 processing fee. Only good thing is there is no prepayment penalty for paying off early. Only reason I used this company is I was going to buy from Ryder and they sent my app to them.

Awesome people, oh tho one person could check her attitude a little. Pete and Pam was easy to work with and saved me from a big mistake that i was about to make. Will use them again!

lack of communication. always asking for one more item, not transparent at all.
