Ann Weber and the whole Lake Title staff are nothing but rock stars! They communicated with me throughout the whole process. I always knew what was going on throughout the Title process. On the day of closing they had a "Congratulations on your Closing" sign made with my name on it displayed on the monitor. Ann walked me though all the paperwork during the signing and made sure I understood each document. 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone buying or selling their next home!
