The best customer service. I was honestly very pleased with Edgars way of explaining my auto insurance policy. I was actually referred to him by a friend and she was not wrong. He was very helpful and his staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

My coworker recommended me to State Farm, Ive had a different insurance before and due to having bad experiences I decided to call the number that was provided to me Christina answered and I told her my experience with my passed insurance she walked me through my options and explain to me what the insurance covered if I would switch over to State Farm. Words cannot describe my appreciation for State Farm, the Edgar Ortiz branch, but especially Christina. They have all been a godsend. My family has been with State Farm for years and now that I am getting older and needed to meet insurance needs, I turned to State Farm and they have been literally amazing. State Farm and Christina have gone above and beyond on every single matter. If I have any questions, I know I can reach them immediately and will receive a response right away. In addition, with any roadblocks that have occurred, I have received a lot of support. I truly am grateful for Christina, as with the latest roadblock, she has been with me every step of the way. It truly makes me feel at ease that I can count on Christina and State Farm, as the commercials say.

I would like to start off by saying that I’m not a State Farm policy holder. I met with with Edgar a few months ago to talk about getting coverage. His staff was friendly and helpful, even offered me and my father some water bottles. Small gestures like that really make you feel welcomed. He spoke about what State Farm does and what they do for their costumers. He broke everything down and tried to help my farther and myself. Sadly this is where my story takes a turn, I didn’t sign up with Edgar and State Farm that day. There’s a saying that goes “you get what you pay for!” Well, I didn’t get State Farm and went with a cheaper alternative insurance company that I won’t mention. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, my Car was parked and was hit by an Amazon Delivery driver! Amazon told me they would take care of it, their insurance told me they would take care of it…weeks passed and I heard nothing, and so I filed a claim with my D-list insurance and I had to jump through hoops and juggle two different companies that were giving me the runaround! I know this story is kind of long but it has a point. Because when I had no one to turn to that knew the insurance business I embarrassingly messaged Edgar! I told him what happened and that my immobile car needed to get to a body shop because no one would come to my house to look at it AND that I needed to get a rental car when my own insurance wouldn’t provide me with one. In one day! he helped me look for a certified Tesla shop! He was able to give me a list of reputable Tesla certified shops for me to pick from. I called a shop and they set up a tow pick up for my car AND talked about getting me a rental car, all covered by the company that hit me! In one afternoon Edgar did more for me than two different insurance companies did in three weeks! And that’s when it hit me, if he’s willing to do that much for someone he’s not even protecting, imagine what he would do for someone he is! I highly recommend stopping by his office and having a chat with him. He will welcome you and help guide you to protect not only your car and house but your family and make you a part of his family! I originally found this office 4 years ago because my father is a life-long Pico Rivera resident. He was not happy with his previous insurance company. One of my father's requirements was that he speak with a live person who can give him on-the-spot answers to his questions, and allow him to pay his payments in person. My father loved Edgar's attentiveness and quick responses to his questions. Knowing my dad was happy meant a lot to me. I decided to ask for a quote for all of my vehicles (personal fleet) :) the value and coverage sold me-yet the personal customer service from Edgar and his team are what has kept me! They answer emails, phone calls and make one feel like they are family. Most recently my husband and I bought a new RV. Christina Roldan was amazing!
