Alex is a professional, knowledgeable and personable individual. He made the loan process easy, transparent and pleasant. Prior to working with Alex, my husband and I had recently refinanced a home, which has since been sold, and the experience was quite different. Alex advised us to pay down our debt to lock us into a better rate. The estimated down payment, and rate were lower when our new home closed. Alex always made himself available to both me and my husband. For example, during the escrow process I had my purse stolen and Alex advised me how to protect my identity. In addition, he accompanied me to the Los Angeles registrar's office to ensure that our grant deed was in all in order.
