After exercising my option and backing out of a real estate contract due to extensive damage on a property, this title agency held onto my earnest money for an unreasonable period of time. It took eight days from their receipt of the release form until they finally wired the money into my account. My earnest money was finally released only due to excessive badgering by my realtor. I could have received a mailed check in much less time.

Worst service ever, they we’re supposed to have paperwork ready a week ago and I have call multiple times and have no got answer they keep saying there going to send it and that they would call me back and never do. And they never answer there phones and when they do I get sent to hold and they get sent to a answering machine.

We closed on a property several years ago and still don't have our title policy and recorded deeds , We have contacted them several times We closed in 2013 I think they have had time to take care of this
