Went in to make a payment for a relative. She was very rude when I went in. She was explaining something to me about the interest. I informed her I would tell my relative and if they had any questions they would call. She looked at me and said, “Well, I’m just telling you.” She then rolled her eyes and handed me the paper. Very unprofessional.

Would not recommend this place to anybody .Their interest rates are outrageous at about 325% and if you can't pay they repo your vehicle and still report you to the credit bureau. But they sure do get you when you go in and say "oh no no credit check here ,we can help you ".Yeah right ! Your better off at a credit union,they will help you ! Will never ever do do business with them!

These ladies are amazing!!! They work with you and make sure you know exactly what you'll be paying and your exact dates to pay. They send out text to remind you of your upcoming payments and will extend a few days if you're short. Truly professional and completely laid back. Thanks ladies!!! 👍

Melissa was very helpful and explained everything over the phone. When I came in she went into further detail and helped me get the money I needed. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend! I called other places before I found Loanstar Title Loans & no other company was as friendly or helpful!!
