They are willing to stay late if you can’t get there before regular closing time. My appointment was at 730 even though they actually close at 7 pm. The service and the staff are amazing and work with you and thoroughly explain every little detail.

Claudia was excellent! She was knowledgeable, friendly and very personable, which goes a long way with me. I appreciate people in customer service who treat their customers as actual people and not just someone who is an inconvenience in their day in which they are supposed to be doing their job. Claudia went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate all her efforts. It was worth driving a bit further out of my way to the office in which Claudia works at.

CUSTOMER service was great‼️ ask for JIM, he helped us with our loan- we were approved instantly... If you need a loan - I would highly recommend coming to this office. Ask for JIM... He's also a funny guy will keep you entertained. What's also a plus is having the taco truck right in the parking lot. :)

Jim was awesome ! I came in had him go through the entire process of getting my a loan just to turn down the offer after all this hard work ! He had no hurt feelings of course and let me know to just come in when I was ready to do business! I returned two days later and got an even better deal making his hard work even more worth it !
