The interest rate is outrageous and it should be illegal to rip people off. My daughter is a single mom and was desperate for help and they loaned her 2000 and the pay off is almost double. Payments are over 300 a month! Crazy how this works!!

Went to Title Max for a loan and was a little nervous about how the process worked. Mr. Christopher was friendly, treated me with respect, he explained the loan process and made me feel comfortable and more at ease. His customer service was top notch and will always look for him when I come in. Ill make sure this is where everyone goes!

Never ever go to TitleMax you would be better of selling a kidney when I went to pay my loan off early I had issues they didn’t want to take my form of payment wanted me to walk in with 3k case not going to do that called back office as they call it guy was every every rude even tried to hang up on me why I was still trying to get answers finally got around them and got it paid off but selling a kidney in Mexico would have been easier

Needed some cash after moving to the sta and stopped in to the store. Jim the GM was very courteous and helpful. We ran in to a few hiccups, but he was able to get it all settled and taken care of. I appreciate the time taken and impeccable customer service they have at this store. Would recommend if one needs cash in a bind and this is something you're willing to take the time to do.
