Parking is a pain, but now I meter for quick runs into the branch. I found out that they do validate if you park in underground entering on Union. East West has a solid reputation about being thorough. This branch has low traffic and all the staff are very helpful.

Don’t have an account with this bank however, I just drove past it and saw multiple signs saying “return my money $127,000”. So obviously they’re not that great, I stand with the man wanting his money back.

Usually no wait, and tellers are ready to help. The few times that I've had to wait, the employees were professional and always apologized for making me wait and thanking me for my patience. Other branches may not even acknowledge you, but the team here is trained well in customer service.
