My experience with this company is that they have always been highly professional, very friendly and extremely fair with pricing, policies and services. I deep researched the different companies and I felt that this was the very best choice on the market. How many people in this country are renting and have nothing to show for it on their credit? Pretty much everyone (except for the tiniest sliver of people who know that you can actually establish a trade line using your rent payments)! When I saw Rent Reporters advertise on FB, I thought this program was too good to be true. I finally signed up to give it a try in December of 2021! I have to say, " WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My credit score was very, very low. in just a few months with Rent Reporters, my credit score jumped...excuse me not only jumped.....IT LEAPED 64 points! Suddenly, my car needed a new transmission. My husband was very upset and worried on about how we were going to purchase another. I didn't say anything to him. I applied for the car loan......I was approved! We were able to purchase our newer vehicle and our credit score is steadily increasing! My next goal is to purchase a condo to live the rest of our active senior years! Thank you, my score went up 4 points! It took a while to get my rent verified, when I called they said somebody would call me the next day and I had to email again two weeks later to see what was going on. But other than that they are really nice.

Hell no do not use them. I missed payments due to coved and my landlord approved. But rentreporters could not add it to my account and said they would refund my money. I called today and the lady said my refund was denied. Be careful with this shady company!

This agency is a scam...It does not say what it advertises and then gives you a hassle when it's time to refund your money. After paying the $94 I received notice that they reported to the credit bureau. About a month later I had a hard credit pull and rent reporters was nowhere to be found they must be doing a soft report. I called and spoke to customer service they were showing a 4-point increase again not as advertised. Filed a complaint with Better Business bureau and after reading several complaints it's obvious this is a scam..... Update, refund issued!

Honestly, I was hesitant about signing up, I went in with the understanding it may not work and prepared to be out of the money. It is unbelievable how fast Rent Reporters moved. I signed up on a Tuesday and by Friday Equifax reflected Rent Reporters and my credit score went up 63 points. About a week or so later Trans Union followed suit with my credit score up 76 points. I am telling anyone who will listen at this point, it works, they report and it helps!!! Give them a try! Someone else on here said they can’t believe the bad reviews, I feel the same way, I don’t know what’s the break down, but they are amazing even responsive!

Spend cautiously with this subscription and could end up as a waste investment!!! Subscribed to the service with the trust in company promise that the score will improve in 10 days. I didn't see any improvement with my score for over 3 months and after that could see ONE pt. increase. Moreover, company is not able to keep both Transunion and Equifax in sync (as of this writing Transunion showing date of last payment as Jun 1st, 2021 and on the other hand, Equifax showing it is May 1st, 2021). Please note that the company took the monthly subscription amount in July for reporting up to June month. Additionally, I have been charged $50 for reporting historical payment but company not able to report any data beyond 2 years or little over that. So waste of spending money in this service in the following situations, 1. If you already have a good/excellent credit score 2. If you want to report rental history beyond 2 years or little over that

I signed up for Rent Reporters on June 16th. I thought their website was more user friendly and appealing. When my credit score was updated on July 10th, my score went up 70 points! The start up fee is a little higher than other companies, but they do report to 2/3 credit bureaus and seem to be efficient.

I’ve been a member since October 2019, I have to say I wish I would’ve known about it sooner, I’ve definitely seen a boost in my credit score a lot of people don’t know about this kind of services landlords don’t want you to know. You pay your rent anyway so why not get a perk from it? I was impressed by how ”on top of things ” by calling the apartment to make sure they've received the information and to send it back right away. Well worth the monthly fee.

At first I had a great dealof trouble managing this site due to the system not accepting my bank institutions information, my rental management offices not cooperating and then when attempting to submit my rental history there is no tab that clearly specifies that. However, the customer service is exceptional and they made navigating the process better. After being able to submit my rental history my credit scoree went up by 38 points. I was hoping for better but it helps.

Ive been using Rent Reporter for about 1 month now and I have seen an increase already in my credit score. I also find it to be affordable for a monthly basis. I was surprised to see that the initial sign up cost was a lil too high so I got in using a coupon but even with out the coupon I was still planning to sign up.

at first it was good.. then the last 9 months they have not reported on my report... charging me every month but not reporting. also they say they report on all 3 reports.. they only reported on 1 for me....... i have tried to cancel my account and it wont let me delete my payment info. i have called and emailed about this and nothing being done.. i am about to take legal action...theft not providing the service i paid for and that they advertised. fraudulently taking money out of my account after i have asked them to cancel my account or give me the service that i am paying for............. and now i am moving from the place i was renting from and landlord wont report any longer cause i wont be living there next month. i am buying a home.. no longer renting

I bought the annual plan about 2 months ago. I have yet to see any reflection on my credit reports stating anything about my rent history. I've got the other evolving on there that I got with Boost; Hulu, ATT etc. But nothing pertaining to my perfect 7 year rent history.

There was mix you with my address, and Rose F. assisted me from Customer Service. She was very prompt and sooooo helpful. Because of the excellent service, I am looking forward to this journey with RentReporters.com.

I got ZERO credit boost for reporting the rent history. What's worse is that the communication between the account specialist and my leasing office was really ineffective and inefficient. It took almost a month for them to figure out the leasing office is not able to sign the agreement for reporting to Equifax. However, they did not want to issue a refund for me even though I requested it within 48 hours of my Equifax report was updated. They claimed that the refund can only be processed within 48 hours of the first report updated. This means that if you have multiple landlords, you are unlikely to get any refund when you are still waiting for all rent history gets reported. I had multiple conversations with different departments of them. Finally got them agree to refund me. But if I would choose again, I will not use this service. Rental Kharma provides 90 days for refund. I think that is more fair. So watch out if you are considering using this service. =================== Update: 11/16/2019 The company replied below. So wanted to give clarifications. Don't want to be framed as a unreasonable customer. 1. The key issue of the ineffective communication is that they didn't notify me when they fail to get response from my leasing office. It turned out to be that I took multiple initiatives to ask them. They also didn't reply to my leasing office once they replied. During the whole process, the most communication emails are like automatically generated spam emails with the same/similar contents. This is not a good way of communication. 2. The terms of use does not say that the first trade line to TransUnion is the 48 hour refund period basis. FAQ says the "tradeline" part, not "the first ever". Again, if you have multiple landlords, you are likely to pass that 48 hour refund period. In FAQ, they also don't mention about the situation when the reporting failed. 3. I am not someone who wants to take an advantage of a service without being willing to pay. I am totally fine if the refund is partial, or if they have been communicating clearly the refund period is such a short time. The only reason I came to leave a review is that I think the refund (which is part of the marketing strategy they have) is not working as they claimed to be. 4. Also, given that the public reviews are mostly positive (which made me want to try), I think it is important to let people another perspective so that future people can make better choices. My friend who I recommended the service encountered exactly the same situation with zero boost and our credit profiles are very different. So it is likely many other people may not get boosts as well. This is what I wished to know when trying a service. 5. If I got a refund without the battles I have been through, I would have kept recommending the service to others. In one of the conversations someone told me "they work hard and those money are used to pay for their salaries". I do appreciate all the people who worked on this, and I treat this more like a policy, marketing strategy, and communication failure. I don't think that should be used as a reason why I should be responsible for the mistake the company made. I also work hard for my job, and so as many people in the world. 6. I think some of the text on the agreement and the website are outdated since it looks like it was only for one report (they said they used to only work with TransUnion). Again, my case may be partially due to the confusion coming out from these outdated text. I hope the company will take my case as a true customer's feedback than merely an unreasonable customer who made an emotional comment here (I spent so much time writing this comment and did a few analyses on the website). I truly hope such services can get better and help more people. Good luck.

A few months ago I signed up for the membership so that my rent will be showing on my credit report. They went back 24 months and post it on my credit report. Before rent reporters I had a hard time getting approved for things because I didn’t have history of making payments. I communicated with a representative via email, and she was prompt! I didn’t have to wait a day or more for a reply, she replied within hours. Buyer beware. Please read before signing up. I signed up for the service because of a family friend told me it will help increase my score. It says you can sign up for the monthly subscription and "cancel at anytime ". What they don't tell you is to cancel you have to email them, wait to hear back from someone, them a "ticket is put in for your request". I was charged for the month even though I requested the cancelation BEFORE my monthly subscription was due. I called to speak with a representative and she was very nice but she couldn't cancel it herself. She said it had to be forwarded to a special "cancelation team" and it would take a "few days". And my score only went up 10points not 40 like they say. And my husband didn't go up at all. Update from original post: I wanted to update my initial review and instead of 2stars give 4 stars. I was refunded the amount that I was charged. Since it had already been processed my monthly subscription amount couldn't be canceled at that time but could be refunded later which they did. I also got a call from the initial representative and she helped me understand what was going on. It was followed up with an email. I still only went up 10points and my husband not at all so that's why I put 4stars and not 5stars. They do get 5 stars for great customer service and listening to their clients.

I just started using Rent Reporters recently and my TransUnion and Equifax score went up 23 points with in 7 days!!! I was hesitant about signing up because the cost of enrollment was not in my budget at the time but then I came across flash promotion they were advertising for a discounted enrollment a few days later for $9.99 !
