Beware. I just looked them up in BBB. One star rating. They are not a BBB consumer. I read the reviews which should always be taken with a grain of salt. My shock was how the company responded rude and unprofessional. Their final nice response reads as lip service to save face. I will not consider using them. I'll be looking at BBB accredited mortgage companies and FDIC banks.

Our experience with East Coast was pretty great! Charlie went above and beyond to help my sister and I become homeowners. Will definitely use them again.

Did not have a good experience with lou williamson he was very rude and unprofessional. He was very hostile with my mom not sure If he was having a bad day or because we had a few more question. I was very looking forward to coming to this location because of the good reviews here but lou has ruined my experience. Someone should really have a performance discussion with him. I wish I had someone else working with us probably the outcome could've been different.
