Reliant home funding has truly been great to me and my family. Regine was amazing and walked me and my partner through the whole process from day one through the ending. She made it possible for us when even prior to pre approval some other lenders wouldn’t even give us the time of day with information given at hand and Regine made sure she would try her best and ensured that it would all work when it was all said and done. The pre approval was fast and easy. In the process I was pregnant with my son and and after I had my son I was out on leave an she took time out of her day to check in on us and ask how we were doing, it made me feel like she not only cared about us purchasing a home but also actually cared about my family. Any and all questions she was quick with answering and giving responses back ensuring we understood every single thing. Her and her team made my dreams come true of becoming a home owner. I am happy to have gone with this lender.

Not sure who their paying to write these good reviews. The first broker quit out of nowhere. I was going to take my business somewhere else, but found out I was getting someone else. I figured I’d give them a try. Save yourself some time and money just get a lender. The replacement I got was new to the game. I lost closing on a house due to the first guy being all over the place. I was told last minute I actually couldn’t get that house. Turns out I could have. However, if it wasn’t for the mess up I wouldn’t have found my house now. At the end of the day I can’t say I’d recommend this company, but maybe they have some good employees.

Bobby Lang was super helpful through the whole process. I was nervous at first to go with an online-only lender, but after closing on my refi I would not change a thing. He was right on the mark with the estimated home value and we closed in less that 30 days for starting the process!

Anthony and Chris are both outsanding during our home buying process! These gentlemen was quick since day 1. Let me stress this, We were denied by Veterans United before we found Reliant, reason was Vet United seems like they have a poor knowledge of VA handbook(wasted 2 weeks) But handsdown to Reliant, was able to help us get to the closing date without any hassle! We were also given a very competitive rate. I wish I could rate Anthony 10 out of 5 for the service he has provided us from initial submission to closing which happened in less than 30 days (if the appraisal came early , we would've been able to close in 2 weeks). We are first time home buyer and these people helped us lot. Highly recommend these people and company who works professionally and with great service.

Reliant was one of multiple companies my wife and I reached out to for our most recent refinance, including trying to work with our (at the time) current mortgage servicer. Reliant immediately stood out and continued to do so throughout the process. We worked with Nicholas Icart. He was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Nick was patient and a great communicator. If you've never refinanced before, there's a point in the process where numbers and figures can change multiple times. Nick's original numbers weren't real far off (which would've been a red flag) and he was always very timely and clear about the changes, and why. There aren't huge upfront differences in loan estimates between different companies, but there are items that, over the long term, can make a difference in the cost of your loan. Reliant performed better in those little areas, even better than our (at the time) currently mortgage servicer. While Reliant has no influence or control over who appraises your property, relationships matter. And the appraiser that was sent did a fine job. Nick and Reliant did a great job.

Justine Williamson was great! Smoothest transaction I ever had. I did significant research prior to going with Reliant for my refinancing. I looked at all the big names and the reviews were terrible. Everyone warned me against each company but Reliant had great reviews. In the end I decided to go with them even though they were slightly (very slightly) higher. They went through all my other quotes to point out what was wrong. Justine said it would take a month and it did exactly. No issues with anyone dragging their feet or missing or losing documents. Closing took 20 minutes and they came to me.
