If I could give this company more then 5 stars I absolutely would! Bill goes above and beyond for his customers and really makes them feel like part of the United Mortgage family. His entire team Gabby and Bryanna make the process smooth as can be. I will be recommending anyone and everyone to them that needs a mortgage lender or a refinance. I am extremely frustrated with this company's lack of ability to process payments correctly. From the beginning we have made over payments on the P&I as well as attempted to put an additional $100 / Month in escrow. We know the value of our home has gone up and we don't want a surprise bill at tax time. It does not matter how we make a payment, via the payment coupon or online, filling in the information to add $100 to escrow is consistently ignored. After several calls to customer service, the advice was to make the payment online. I did. The exact same issue. regardless of the instructions on the payment coupon or filling in the payment web site, they fail at make the deposits the way the payment coupon is filled out. I have come to regret using united faith mortgage to refinance my home.

This United Mortgage Team, primarily Ray and Mrs Linda Cesarini (assisted by Johanna Fernandez) has heroically tackled my unique situation as if it was a common autocorrect. I had a mortgage broker/lender that kept me in a run around loop for approx 2 years with no real hope of accomplishment. This team, lead by Linda and Ray, surgically removed my mishaps and doubts and masterfully brought me to a close in just about record time. I would have truly been in financial ruin and lost my home without their selflessness, attention, PATIENCE, understanding, and commitment to helping others. I highly recommend United Mortgage Corp, Keith Chabot and his team were extremely professional and helpful in this tough housing market and helped me and my family get into our new beautiful home. We started our journey in like May and we closed just recently on January 3rd so the team at United Mortgage has been with us for like 7months, and never made us feel like we were a bother no matter what, whether we had questions or problems. The team helped in many different areas from student loans, to advice, to any questions through this whole process as this was the first time, we were selling one house and buying another one. The team also made sure that both closing was done on the same day as we were not put out. This team was very very helpful, friendly, patient. I am really frustrated with the purchase of my first house with United Mortgage Corp. They really have not made me feel with the true value that as a client of theirs I deserve a place .with an excellent credit, zero debts, they offered me something that in the end they did not comply with. I hired a person who would lend me their documents only for requirements and all the money I put in full. And they sent the other person for a protection insurance coverage I am the owner of Comoros, they ignore me, that is not fair, because they know that the person only lent me their taxes, I feel discriminated against and I consider that it is not fair that I am the one who is paying everything

Its been quite a few years since i went through the mortgage process so i suppose i had forgotten how ridiculously difficult it is.
