Earthmover Credit Union N Bridge St, Yorkville

Great Experience! Started w/a Visa card, improved our credit, opened a savings account, have had 3 auto loans & have paid off 2 of them, always better rates than any Bank, & our 19 year old son has now gotten a savings account, a Visa card, & his 1st car loan! They have been Very helpful! Highly recommend!

Great bank for all my banking needs and great staff. Much better than the average bank, and it's nice that they remember people. I have referred multiple people to them and they seem to be having good business with them we well.

This location is a joke. My wife took a set amount of cash to put into my account for our car payment. She was suppose to receive x amount of dollars back since she didn’t have the right change for the payment. Very common. The lady puts all the money in the account and then proceeds to tell my wife she can not get the x amount of change back because she already put it in the account. She messed up then doesn’t give us our on money. Another time my wife was trying to put money in my account and they turned her away saying she has to be on the account. I called them instantly to complain and they basically told me she wasn’t on the account. I would strongly recommend not using this bank or atleast this location. There managers or trainers obviously can’t teach these tellers how to do there job.

They dont issue personal loans " of a high amount" without your car title. By high amount they mean 5 or 10k! Haha. Forget this place and stick with the bank

Made the mistake of putting cash into the atm deposit box and the stole $500. Highly recommend not going here

Lost my debit card. You can't actually talk to someone at the bank and get a useless digital agent that was basically no help,so hopefully someone didn't use my lost card because the bank is cheap and doesn't answer the phone to help the customers.

I have had a acct with Earth movers for over a year and I can't get approved for a personal loan. I have been denied 3 times, even for the COVID19 Hardship, if you are experiencing a hardship would you have A1 credit? I mean you can't even get a loan as small as $500 smh. Will be closing this acct.

I got my first auto loan at the Yorkville earthmover cu location today. I am beyond satisfied with the service. Taylor was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. It was a quick process considering I was on a time crunch after my car broke down. Taylor being so helpful took a lot of stress off me. I definitely recommend earthmover credit union!

5/29/19 I went to the Farnsworth and Yorkville locations with a $4900.00 check to deposit!! Both locations told me they weren't able to help me because no "managers" were on duty... You guys were worthless to me today, worthless!!

Just like every other bank. They want your money in fees
