This location specifically has gone down hill with the people they hire. They don’t want to do their jobs and end up telling you to just go to the atm to do it yourself. 100% unhelpful and are getting paid to ignore customers and focus on their own conversations behind the window. Drive to another location you’re better off.

I truely dont know how to rate this bank. I have received great service when i needed something when i went into the bank but chase bank in general has really dropped the ball. I used to be able to call the separate banks. Now calls are being rerouted outside of the country and that is ridiculos. It took me over 30 mins just to talk to someone in the Philippines as to why i have not yetcreceived the checks i ordered at the bank and received no answer. I give chase one star in general. They need to step it up.

Sat at the drive up window for 10 min (I was the only one in line) and all I wanted to do was deposit cash. When I pressed the call button to make sure the money was recieved Bev answered with an attitude and said "ok...we haven't gotten to it yet". took about 12 min just to make a simple deposit

Pretty good bank; the manager always greets me and asks how I'm doing if he sees me. Service is reasonably quick and they always have quarters when we need them. Only unfortunate things are the fees that the bank can charge you, if you don't meet certain conditions for the checking accounts.

The staff are generally very helpful and the hours are very convenient. I've never known a bank to be open on a Saturday past noon or after 5 during the week before.

Had a bad experience at this chase in Yorkville. I've had a chase account for two plus years and have used my debit card at this branch to do banking. I've never sign the back of the card and never was questioned. We moved to AZ and are here visiting. Walked into this branch to get cash and was refused because my card was not signed. So I signed it "Request ID" and presented my driver's license. Refused! Must be a signature they said. Now I'm steaming. Call the main chase customer service number. Absolutely no help and suggested I should try another branch. Unbelievable. So while I'm talking to the main office my wife walks up to the ATM at this branch and withdrew the money with an unsigned card. We're looking to move our business elsewhere.

Joe Page was extremely unprofessional. We came in to open an account with my future stepdaughter and fiancé. I was asked to sit in the waiting area until it was time for my portion of the account to be set up. When I was called over I was told I was the primary on the account (which I had not agreed upon or had any knowledge of) because of my veteran status. I then told Joe that I did not agree because I was not involved in this process at all whatsoever until I was called over. He then tried to put the blame on my fiancé stating “he could have called you over anytime during the process, I explained everything to him already.” I informed him that we are not legally married and he has no right to make these type of decisions for me. Placing me as primary account holder without my knowledge or consent is considered deceptive practice.

The tellers are this bank are extremely rude and inconsiderate. When asking for help and assistance from tellers. No time to answer questions. Honestly would not bank here actually moving out accounts from this bank to another bank. Good luck folks who bank here.
