My experience with Earls auto has been nothing less than GREAT!…After separation from my spouse 2 years ago, some credit card debt and having to voluntarily give up a car due to separation Earls was the place to go. Everyone was friendly and the process was quick because it’s nothing like this other dealers where u be in there for hours. I will indeed be shopping for my 2nd vehicle with Earls this month. I would not recommend Earls auto sales to anyone especially the repair shop it’s unbelievable that I took my sons vehicle in for repairs and was called two weeks later saying the vehicle is ready. The same day I had to have it towed back to Earls repair for the same reason. As they waited a week to charge me another $200 deductible which I had already paid. If you are looking for a second vehicle buy here pay here I do not recommend this place. Earls auto sales owns the repair show so everyone knows what that means. They fix the vehicles up good enough purchase after that you are on your own. For a 4000 car you end up paying 10k plus repairs. If I could give zero stars I would. I even called a day after I got the car and asked about their return policy and by no surprise they didn’t have one.

They go over everything making sure I am making the right decision. The repair shop is right down the street and you get free oil changes! The warranty they offer is great! Earls Auto is a good place to finance a car. I use to deal with them years ago. So this will actually make my 3rd car from them. I ended up trading in my current vehicle with no problem. The staff is very welcoming and they have great customer service.

I took a friend there and the car lot is a buy here pay here. People have to pay by the week or however they get paid. My friend bought a vehicle and of course the interest is outrageous, the interest alone is more than the vehicles are worth. The majority of there vehicle have very high mileage. This car lot preys on People that have poor credit. I will also state again basically the total interest most likely cost more than what they paid for the vehicles. Mr. Rick, the owner, took me on the test drive himself! How many other dealers would do that? He wanted to make sure that the car was good to go based on his measurements before I signed anything. Now that's customer service. Mrs. Robin has always been a joy to deal with even when she wasn't my account manager. Now that she is, I get to see her warm welcomes even more! Mrs. Jeanie is another champion here. She has made a way for me when it didn't seem like it could be a way. Mrs. Patty is an angel! Gotta add in Elizabeth, the web marketing genius! My experience with earls wasn't at all bad, Everybody that worked there were very nice. The only thing is that if you are going to try and get a car please do not tell the owner that you work instacart ,door dash etc. They will not approve you. They told me that I didn't make enough and I was looking at a 2013 chevy Cruz with 125 000 . Miles on car. I was ready to put 1000 down that day so I was very bummed but then I went to family motors got a 2015 chevy equinox for a better deal and cheaper amount and my truck had only 39,000 miles on it and with less interest rate. The only thing that upset me is that I Waited 2 hours and they knew that they were going to denied me.
