I would give this company 10 stars if I could! They were very nice and never tried to give me less than a fair price. Very friendly staff very helpful! I recommend this place to everyone that asks me! Definitely will be the only shop I will ever go to!!

I haven't been there yet just from the phone call alone. I know I'm going to have a wonderful experience. The young lady gave me hope. I told her I had to get my car payment made and she said bring your items in let me see what I can so for you that's all I ask.

This is hands down the best owned business in this city, the owner is a man of immaculate character, some days you can tell he would rather be out fishing or with his wife, but he always puts an amazing smile on, and greets you with a warm friendly personality, the people who help maintain his shop are a great representation of what he wants that business to be! Some days I just like to go in there and be as worrisome as can be, just because I know they care deeply about the relationship between customers! They have always maintained the most friendliest of environments, and I have never walked out of that pawn shop disappointed! Thank you all for being amazing people!

What a wonderful place to buy a gun! The staff is so friendly and listen to what I am looking for and assist me to find the best one for my needs. They have a wide selection of new and used guns. Ammo is available and appropriately priced. I will be back!

Always professionally ran and my go to if I want to buy or sell items at a pawn shop. Never had an issue with anyone there, and pricing is always good. Cash Money Pawn is recommended when looking through the clutter with all the pawn shops.

Super friendly and fast service, I really loved the layout of the store and the selections they had as well. Angie was so patient as I dragged her around the shop to try on different rings to work as my wedding band. I've had trouble finding a ring I love as much as my engagement ring but now I'm excited to swap rings on the big day! Very rude and condescending. I left there feeling rubbed the wrong way. The clerk kept repeating himself unnecessarily, and was a bit aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully.

I purchased a preowned firearm from here about 2 months ago. I had some issues with the hangun. Per store policy there are no refunds on handguns. I came into store and the owner went the extra mile to contact manufacture and have my firearm shipped off for repairs all at no cost to me. When my firearm was returned the owner, Spencer, gifted me a box of ammunition for my inconvenience. Really top notch service. Spencer and his staff will for sure take care of you. I will be purchasing my next firearm from Cash Money Pawn.

Great service !!! I bought a guitar, some ammo and a surround sound system. Friendly and knowledgeable staff they are not pushy they greet you and then let you look around. Pawn shops are not known for their friendly staff but this has to be the most friendly group of people. a great variety ,a great of selection of products. MOST IMPORTANTLY they have a wide selection of guns and ammo seriously i went to 4 places in Portsmouth to find ammo they were all out except this place. They have ammo for most major calibers 0.38 9mm 223 etc etc I will definitely be going back they earned a lifelong customer 10/10 Will be going here on the regular!!! go here if you want a friendly knowledgeable group of people with great prices on all their products especially their pistols and long guns!!!

I’m a fairly new customer but already I can tell you that they all are friendly and caring people that get you in and out fast. I’ve never had a single experience that would make me give a review of anything less than they are great and the best pawn shop I’ve ever been too and I drive all the way from Suffolk to use them. Yep, they are that good. Totally worth the drive every single time.

Went here Saturday to let one of the employees know I had a firearm transfer coming. He emailed his FFL to the dealer for me while I was there. Today when I went to pick up my firearm I was fortunate to make it there at 4:50 (5 is closing time) after work. After waiting in line it was 5 and they were kind enough to file my paperwork and make it possible for me to take my firearm home today! Thanks guys!!
