Eagle Loan OH, Cleves

I have dealt with Eagle multiple times and always great service with a smile. Today I went in everything was such a smooth and fast transaction. Normally you have to sign a bunch of papers but they have updated their system and it is so much easier and quicker. I have had nothing but great service and they always help me when I need it. Keep up the good work ladies..

I've dealt with this location several times now. They are so friendly. During covid they called to make sure I didn't need anything and they always let me know when I have new offers. I called today and they called me back and got me in an hour later. I had my 3 year old with me and they were so sweet and patient with her and gave her a toy. Not sure about the percentage stuff because honestly I am super clueless about all of that but they explained it to me as much as I could understand

Getting a loan from Eagle Loan Co. in Cleves was such a pleasant experience! They were responsive and I got a approval in well under a hour! I have to start by saying that these ladies deserve a huge huge huge compliment!!!! I am aware of alot of loan companies. I probably talked to 98% of them in Cincinnati. This one is the best! By far! I had no confusion no worries no hassle. These ladies made me feel like family. I don't have any doubt I can pay this back or even pay it off ahead of time. The way I was treated was superb. The only reason anyone would have an issue here is if they didn't pay or just well......flat out didn't pay. But why take out a loan if you don't plan on paying it back? So I did this application at 8:50 they called me as soon as they opened about 9:03. I spoke with Becky. She was friendly she explained everything she made me very comfortable. Coming into their office to complete my paperwork Tami was really informative and even though I was doing a loan I feel like with all the perks that come with it I got a lot besides a loan. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
