Was recommended this shop to have my ring resized, dipped, and stone replaced. Brad was very knowledgeable and kind. I also expected the ring to be gone for about a month (I didn’t ask how long when I dropped it off) but had it back in 13 days! Will definitely go back for future needs.

Been going to Greendale for years. Bought an electric guitar from them on Monday 9/27/21. Took the guitar back and Brad said the nut was missing on the jack and it was on there when we bought the guitar. He would not refund our money and it was only a $2.00 part. Brad said it was working fine on Monday. Well we went to a music store to get the missing nut and the jack was not the right one for the guitar so a $2.00 part became a $25.00 part with labor. The guy that repaired the guitar said there was no was the guitar would have worked the way it was. So upsetting that we were taken on this.

Whenever I’m shopping for a great deal, wether it be for jewelry, tools, appliances, electronics, lawn equipment, or guns and ammo, I always make sure to stop into quick cash pawn in Greendale. They always seem to have exactly what I want and at a great price. All their employees are very helpful especially Brad. Brad is extremely knowledgeable in all types of products and will always find the right items for you at the right price. I highly recommend stopping in and shopping around with Brad. You won’t be disappointed!

I come here all the time, I highly recommend that anytime you come here that you make sure to ask for Brad. He is easily one of the nicest and most helpful people in the company with a lot of knowledge and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find you the answer.

Brought in a Cross Country compound bow with arrows, qiuver, quick release, & hard case. Perfect condition. Bought new, used once. Spent $300 on the bow & almost $200 on extras/modifications. Intended to pawn it. There were no other bows in stock. He offered me a measly $50. Wasted trip. Won't go there again.

Have bought used gear from these guys for years. A dude named Brad usually helps me out there and he keeps a great level of integrity and professionalism. I always seem to have an enjoyable visit and end up buying guitars and gear even if I don't plan on it because they are no pressure and they let me take my time. I'm usually satisfied with my purchases but if I'm not they are always willing to make it right if you keep it fair. Good luck finding better service.

Horrible...... ive been doing business with the indiana store for years. I have spent so.... much money at this place over this time. A couple weeks ago I bought 2 diamond bracelets. The one as soon as i put it on i noticed the clasp was loose so i took it off so i wouldnt loose it. Once i had a day off took it up there they adjusted it and i thouggt all was well. Nope !!!! Next time I try to put it on Im at the house so not doing anything crazy about an hour later i feel something fall off me. The bracelet has broken in half. So i take it back up there again because ar this point i just wanted to return it. I dont want to have to get this fixed every time i put it on. Well.... they cant do that but what they can do it charge me to send it off to get fixed or... thet can buy it back for almost half of what i paid a couple weeks ago. When i leave and call another store to get in contact with management the guy at the florence store is no help at all. He claimed to be managment when he was on the phone but then told me he had no say. But yet the guy at the indiana store said that it was up to his management and walked in the back to call him. Really !?!?!?!?!?!? I am seriously regretting the amount of business ive done there over the years. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING THERE. If you do and you have issues your just sol. And the first "repair" they did is messed up again too.

I have visited the gun shop at Quick Cash many times and have been treated with complete respect every time. The inventory is actually very good there with new and used guns alike. Pricing is also much better than the big box stores which is maybe not surprising but none the less appreciated. Ammo supply is pretty good and in some cases priced better than average. Maybe geared more towards home defense than bulk shooting ammo. Have purchased 3 new guns there so far.

Love the people...very helpful...also they work with you on payments. I will use them over and over. Nice merchandise to buy as well. I have bought coins and quitars down to games and dvd's. No problems with any of it.

Offered by phone 1.00 per dvd. Neglected to say 2015 and newer only. This is not 1st time with problem there. They seem to change there rules every day. I wouldn't buy from them. Their additude is like they already got you when you walk through the front door.
