I bought a dirt bike... I had over half of it payed off, never missed one payment when I was hospitalized with a blood clot. It took a while to recover. They would not work with me what so ever. After stopping any transaction from them with my Bank, they wrote an electronic check in my behalf that I did not have to sign, and cashed it at my bank. They were trying to get the bike, and get there money. After going to court, and them telling me it will not effect my credit if I do not miss another payment from here on out I finally payed it off. But on my credit report, they have it as a lost even though I have the pink slip. I am now paying a lawyer to try to remove it. I believe these people are evil. I highly recommend not using them.

I havent had any issues with this company for the past 6 months with my loan, Jennifer is the one thats helping me with all my questions and information I need. She gets back within the same day or next if I send an email and makes the process easy for me. I mean so far good working with them. I also agree with another review saying that they should set up a website to view balances in the near future.

Wish they had a website but their customer service via phone is always pleasant. I've had zero issues with them over the past 3 years. I see a lot of complaints from people who otherwise would not own their car, boat, whatever it be if it were not for Dwight Financial giving them a loan. Its a business transaction, you want said item, they give you money and collect the interest...don't get a loan if you can't afford to make the payments... Your fault for choosing something you can't afford over a $500 Honda. They gave me a loan despite my credit and all has been well.

Horrible! Extremely rude. Charge extra for everything. I've had my motorcycle financed with them for 3 years and only have 9 months left. And now they are charging me for back pay on no insurance. My bike was stolen yet they are still charging these fee's regardless of the fact that my actual monthly payments have always been on time and current. They keep saying they are allowed to add these charges without notifying you (it's stated on the contract) I've asked for my contract 3 times and still not received.

They have been charging me a penalty fee of $70 a month for lack of insurance. The vehicle in question has always been insured. AAA contacts loan holders to let them know when they are the insurer. I have also sent in proof of insurance several times. In the state of CA, a vehicle cannot be registered if it isn't insured. That information goes into the DMV data base. All of this information has been made readily available to Dwight Financial yet, they have continued to add this charge. These guys appear to be scam artists. I have never made a late payment. I have this account set up for direct pay. The funds come straight out of my account every month. Next step, Yelp then, BBB.

Good Company for those with..poor-ish credit. Yes the payments options suck but its better than not having one. For over a year now ive never missed a payment and have nothing but good things with them. The only thing id suggest is talking with them DIRECTLY if possible when obtaining a loan instead of a dealer doing it. I was told i need certain things for my loan when Dwight Financial told me later i never needed

I haven't had any issues with them but I do want them to set up a website so I can see my balance. And also this loan is not affecting my credit score which is bad. So am I paying off a bank or a bookie.....I'm going to have to refinance if so.

Having a current issue with a finance loan. It was a motorcycle and I know the terms and conditions I made for the bike. The last 4 months of the loan I didnt not have the bike insured for reasons important to me. I was told apart from the final payment I had a fee of 189.51 I needed to pay for not having it insured. I was told via mail I had till April 1st to send a money order for the fee. My bank records show that I sent that money order on 3/26. They claim they have not received that money order and so as of 4/4 I owe them another $80 fee. I've had to send them money orders before due to issues with my card and they usually confirm the check with in 3 days. This bank was the only to approve me at the time so I feel I cant give them 1 star, however due to the lack of payment options and what's currently happening I reccomend you work on your credit for a few months rather than accepting any offer from the bank.

I’m about to pay off my bikes fees. My bike was paid for 2 months ago. But I’m now paying off the 70 dollar fee for insurance 😑😑😑 That being said, I’m not actually upset. I signed a contract with them, they were very clear on the insurance they wanted me to have. I chose not to have it. My fault. They don’t mess around on payments. I made my payment a month late, literally made two payments at once. That evening they sent a repo man to my house, completely a timing issue. I paid, too late in the day for them to resend the repo request. Now, I didn’t pay towing, repo, or even storage fees. You show up at my house to take my bike, i don’t care if I’m behind or not, I’ll put my gun in your face. The repo man allowed me 24 hours to clear it up. He was a nice guy. Cut and dry, I messed up my credit long before I needed them. I’m not gonna piss and moan about mistakes I made for not doing what I agreed to do or how a business handles people who have a history of defaulting. You asked for help, they gave it when no one else would and now you’re mad they held you to a contract. Paulette emailed and called me if there was an issue, handled my loan and after 3 years knew my name and case number without asking. There’s no BS here, unless you cause it. They deal with jerks all day like the bad review idiots here. So when I call, I expect the first few minutes to be a little murky until I get Paulette or my account is pulled up. Get out of it, what you put in. They slapped my hand when I wasn’t putting in my agreed amount, they left me alone when I was. I won’t send a Chrismas card, but I’d call em if I needed another loan, thanks to them, I don’t and can get a better rate now. J. Irwin Don’t mind the screen name, it’s how complain about the bland steak I had on the Peeta reviews page.

If I could I give them zero stars! This is not a business this is an RIP OFF They are nice over the phone because they know how much they will charge you on fees to make sure you end up paying 4x the value of the loan. AVOID USING THIS BUSINESS go to a credit union and work with ethical and people with morals. We have choices - stay away from this one!
