DuPage Credit Union Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton

You have to keep in mind that their credit union so they're going to have a little less staff than like a big bank would but I feel they do everything they can to make the experience as positive as possible. Great rates and good service. The hours may be a little limited but again this is not a big thing it's a credit union. I would recommend giving them a try for your next loan or bank account

D’Andrea was amazing. Greeted me when I came in. I was a walk in, no appointment and she took me in. What normally takes a day or so, we accomplished in that moment. It took merely an hour but we had everything set and she was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Truly amazing work. She knew exactly what needed to be done, and had it done in a timely manner, even with the work that had to be accomplished after. I highly recommend this branch. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way.

It was quick and easy process. Everything was done with in one hour and my car loan was ready. And people are we responsible and professional. Highly recommend Du Page Credit Union.

I've been a customer for 14+ years, and have always had great service. Everyone I have ever spoken with at any location has always gone the extra mile to be sure I had all the information I needed. They work hard to accommodate. DuPage Credit Union came very highly recommended to me in the first place! Now, having just taken out a new HELOC loan, I'm glad to be highly able to recommend them to anyone in the area!

I can’t say enough about how helpful the Dupage Credit Union employees have been for me! I was in a rush to find a vehicle loan because my lease was set to expire in three days. Michelle, Robin, and Brad are just incredible! They answered all of my questions , set proper expectations for next steps, and checked up along the way for the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I haven’t used a credit union before and was so pleased at the outcome. The results are I have my loan taken care of at an incredible rate.

I'm grateful for DuPage Credit Union they offered me a great interest rate on my vehicle which I'm almost done paying off. I also have a credit card through them that has been the lowest apr interest rate that I have seen. It could be lower but I cannot complain ;) This bank has made a great difference in my life.

I was in dire straits and needed to get a loan to buy a car, and DuPage Credit Union came through big time. I was impressed with their service. The employees were exceedingly polite and pleasant to deal with. I was happy with the terms of my loan and the rate I was able to get.
