    Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Made false promises and never followed through with them. Once they found out I was considering a replacement, they issued $500 cancellation fee. They quoted the terms and conditions to justify the cancellation, however the representative I spoke with said we will wait until the end of the month to decide whether to cancel the agreement or not...they lied. They continued to lie when I called for an explanation and said due to 48 hours of inactivity they had the right to cancel the agreement and charge me $500 early termination fee. What a joke of a business. Shady shady...stay away.

    “Unprofessional, un reliable... charged my business account for a full 1 yr in unexplainable fees in total of $1481.00” An account they assured me that will be canceled. My business was with them for 5 year but when I tried to cancel them they make it impossible and miss leading. I called them 6 months before my terms was up and they said I need to pay $500 early cancellation. Then I waited till the term was up and I called them on the same month when was about to expire they charge me $500 anyways because I should have notified them 30 days in advance. Even thou I been with their staff on the phone they never inform me about any of this rules. They gave men back the $500 assuring me that Everything was canceled just to find out when I’m doing my tax return they nerve stoped charging my business account. All kind of unexplained fees in value of $1481.00. I called to ask what’s going on now they says 1 yrs later that the cancellation notices should have been thru mail not email. But they confirmed they got my cancellation email. They never said anything that should be sent to mail. They are unprofessional, unreliable and if someone can’t answer your concern they redirect you to a man who is rude and runs his own rules.

    Look at all the 1 star reviews. Wish I could give a negative. Promised me monthly saving, but was paying more for processing ever since GAPs took over. Typical used car sales pitch. Over promise and under deliver. Salesman told me it’s best to part ways because I’m not getting the service I deserve. So I switched companies. They’re trying to charge me $500 cancellation fee. How about this? Charge me what you promised me, give me the service I deserve and we wouldn’t have parted ways the way we did. Owner George, very very unprofessional. Beware.

    I can't say enough positive things about this company! We had been using another credit card processing company for over 10 years, and it cost us sooooo much money every month!...and we were just resigned to the fact that it was the 'cost of doing business!' WRONG ANSWER! Bryan Halleck, our Account Rep, called one day and I was hesitant at first to change companies, but he promised they would say us money each month, and did they EVER!!!! We are paying less than 1/2 the amount we were paying with the last company! We have saved so much money already! Bryan is professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer questions...he calls me back quickly and has been willing to come our office and go over the statements with us, or any questions we have, he is always willing to help us out. We were originally a bit leary about the contract time, but after one or two statements and seeing how much we are saving, that is not an issue at all...we will be sticking with GAPS longer than our contact time!!! Kathy in the office is knowledgeable and helpful as well, whenever I have needed help! GREAT Company! Great Staff! Bryan is a wonderful Account Rep!!! Try them, you will for sure save ALOT of money!!!!!

    This company is amazing! Chloe Glynn's customer service is better than mine and I've been is Sales & Customer Service for nearly 20 years now. Thank you GAPS, Clover and especially Chloe Glynn for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend their Clover system! It's user friendly and I'm technologically challenged.
