Very poor customer service. Made a payment on-time and it cleared my bank. They are claiming that the payment was returned. I am not sure how that is possible when it cleared my bank. I even sent them screenshots of my bank account showing it, but yet they refuse to show me that the payment was returned on their end! Now, they are trying to charge me a bunch of fees for something that wasn't even my fault! Do not recommend them!!! If I could, I would get my car refinanced ASAP!!!!!!!

Company uses questionable tactics in attempt to protect their investment. Told initially they would place GPS in vehicle for first six months of the loan only for the purpose of protecting their investment. When the six month term was up, they explained they “never would of said that” and the GPS stays in through the entirety of the loan. Also, they explained that the GPS is not ON the entire time and that they only activate it to locate the vehicle for repossession in the event of a loan default. Started having issues with the vehicle not starting. Brought the vehicle to two (2) auto mechanics who both related the battery and alternator voltage test indicate no fault with the equipment but the GPS on the vehicle is causing the issue due to incorrect installation. Both mechanics explained the GPS is constantly ON and pulling current from the battery even when the vehicle is off which is causing the fail to start issues. So what happened to the GPS only being “activated” in the event of a loan default Gsac? The vehicle has been fully insured from day one. Despite this, Gsac will mail monthly correspondence requesting updates on the insurance status & threaten to increase the interest rate on the loan if we do not comply. We initially provided the insurance on multiple occasions just thinking they were unorganized & lost the proof but when the notices didn’t stop we now knew other wise. The dealership would not let us drive off the lot with out providing proof of full coverage and that was attached to their copy of the contract. Trust me when I say I want to protect my daughters liability on this loan and wouldn’t have her use the vehicle without it. Anyone who is considering using this company for a loan RUN! We were trying to establish credit for my daughter and though it would be a good idea but it has been a nightmare.I get the part of protecting their investment but their means of doing it need to be overhauled.

Only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 stars is there is no way to check your loan online, you have to call to get any information on the loan. They also charge a fee for an automatic payment or payment online, I find that in this day that is ridiculous.

Never had a problem with this company, called them today for something and extremely rude! Acting like I never make my payments on time and I always do!

I used this company back in 2010 and the service was superb. I cant remember my agents name (maybe NICK) was so helpful and nice. I'm trying to get a car now and will be contacting them to see if they can help. I tell anyone use them. They worked with ,e which made it so easy. (oh I still have my car) Thank you guys

Best First Finance Company I’ve ever had. My car was totaled but when I was late, out of work and even when my brother passed away and I have to help pay for him funeral service they didn’t give up on me and continue to work with me. I would definitely recommend this company and if I could get them with me new car I most definitely would love to work with them again. Been with them since February 2017, I’ll give them 100 stars if I could.

Restarted my credit here. No problems. I even increased my payments to shorten my loan. Great deal and no burning effect. I'll miss you guys. Found me at Bill Kay in Lisle' Chevrolet.
