I can honestly say VMS was wonderful! They have helped my family tremendously while we were getting our new business up and running. Sue went above and beyond. Hugo and the tech people as well... they never got frustrated and explained everything to make sure we understood. The experience C&T Grocery had with them was great!

Sue was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was so patient with me and all my questions since I didn’t know much. She made the whole process very easy and fast. Also talking to her made me really happy and she is always energetic to help. Even though she is busy she will get back to me within a few minutes if I ever call and ask for her. Sue is the best!:)

I came in not knowing what to expect. But with the help of Matt he made everything perfectly clear and give me the reason to drop any hesitations that I had coming into it. I appreciated his help. Horrible customer service Carlos the guy who sold me the subscription lied to me about getting a website and having it set up. I've been on the phone for 3 Days 6 hours a day just trying to get my address and phone number correct it's taken over 2 years for them to get it correct. On top of that I try to do an EBT sale today that has been set up for 2 years and they told me that it had been canceled. When you call all they do is give you the runaround and then give you a number to a different person who gives you the runaround who gives you the number back to them it gives you the number back to the other person and you never get anything salt this is the worst company I've ever dealt with.And even

Nancy helped me initially and was very pleasant to speak with. I was worried about the process and she reassured me and even got me in contact with Hugo her supervisor. I love the customer service and appreciate their help.

My company’s experience with clover is amazing especially my representative Nadine , she gets back to me in a timely manner if I have any question. If I had an option of a million stars , I would definitely give a million stars !

Horrible. I reached out to them, so they can help me with my EBT for my business. Very helpful in the beginning, but then they stopped reaching out to me when I sent in documents, having me call them and no one giving me a call back causing my case to be closed. Now I get in touch with them again and they tell me to close accounts for two card machines there is a FEE, bc I “signed” a 48 month contract that I WASNT TOLD ABOUT. Something like this, needs to be told , not just put under! I was told I can return the machines in 6 months!!

I own Shiloh Farmer's Market and have been trying to get approved for SNAP/EBT and Ms. Sue has been AWESOME!. She was so helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth that I felt very comfortable working with her.

VMS is the best!!! They have been people of their word! I worked with a representative name Sue, she assured me that she would work to get things done before Christmas! No promises but she try her best. It has been two in a half (2 1/2) weeks since we have been in business and two weeks working together and we have been granted our EBT permission and have a new POS system that excepts SNAP! I want to also thank their tech specialist for all his help! If you are new and upcoming, this is the company to work with!

Buyer Beware!!!(find a local* company or bank) My timer has reached 2 hours on hold waiting for Someone to pick up. This isn’t new to me. So I’ve learned to call their 800 number on 2 phones in hopes to cut the hold time. That second timer has hit the 45 min mark. Tisk Tisk. I’ve been trying to contact VMS for 2 days now. Still I wait. Utilizing predatory tactics on new business owNers. Ive experience shady practices of omitting perteant information as a tool/tactic that VMS has mastered to solicit new business owners. The best advice I can give regarding this company is have an attorney look over the documentation before you sign. Rather don’t even deal with them. Personally. As a man, I’d rather good customer services over low rates. All the card company’s have good rates particularly when you show them what another company is offering. They all will drop your rates, but with customer service you can’t just change that, and VMS has a systematic problem clearly. I just want to walk away from this horrid* company. Please mention my company in your prayers. Buyer Beware. Follow Up 3 Years Later - 4.7 google rating is laughable. I’m on hold on 3 phones all over 30 minutes apiece. I’m more then sure the reviews are fakes. Look how many 1st time posters they have. So their either paying for reviews or paying for reviews. - stars

Worst experience with a credit card processing company ever!!! They do all of their leasing of equipment through First Data Global Leasing, also a scam of a company. They take your money and don’t deliver on their promises. I was sold equipment that is completely useless for my business and now they want more money for me to simply return the unused equipment. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and have gotten nowhere. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General, as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Was told it would take two weeks. At the end of the two weeks they contacted us and was just then turning in our information. Now we are paying them monthly for not even using their equipment. They will try to keep coming up with excuses and not tell you all the fees. Then they will call the FDA and falsified that they are the business owner. Without letting you know that the owner is the only one who can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company this company is great I wish would have found them earlier. They helped us to build our buisness Geri Moklak helped walked us through every process step by step.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with one of the sales reps. She contacted me after seeing my search online for EBT services. Throughout multiple exploratory conversations she insisted there weren't any cancellation fees. I believed her and sent our private info for processing only to then receive a contract with the fees clearly stated. Even when confronted she tried to spin her way out of it. Very disappointing, she should not be working there. From the reviews it looks like they provide great services without con artists working for them.

I was sold their services to help us set up EBT. They submitted our application with the wrong business name, address and even bank account #. Our application was dropped by the USDA. I asked to have my account cancelled with VMS which they never did and continue to charge us for services never rendered.

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU IT'S ALL A SCAM!!.. .. This is a credit and debit card processing company that illegally submits applications for EBT. They claim they are connected to the government agency USDA but they are not! Call the USDA to confirm this. The USDA will tell you that VMS has nothing to do with them. Once they have your information they set up Gmail accounts without your consent and tell you it's to monitor your ebt application. If you call the USDA they will tell you that Velocity Merchant Services is not supposed to do that. The merchant is supposed to apply on there own do to privacy issues. Velocity Merchant Services is aware of this but continue to do so to gain your business and personal information. Also, VMS will tell you that you can cancel at anytime this is ANOTHER LIE, although you can cancel with VMS you are stuck in a 4 year contract with First Data READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING WITH VMS. Velocity Merchant Services will LIE and tell you it's not a contract, IT IS! They will lie and tell you they are connected some how to the USDA, THEY ARE NOT! Most if not all of the positive reviews on Google for this company have been written by employees of Velocity Merchant Services, call velocity Merchant Services and ask for one of those names and you will quickly find out that everything in this reviews is true. .

I signed a contract but was contacted to send more information to set up account. I did not provide such information. I decided to not go with this company but was surprised when I was charged $6000 which I did not have in my account. Now they have sent it to a collection agency, I didn’t even receive the pos!

We got the machine only for EBT cards. But the fda approval for EBT didn’t come thru for months and they did not inform the business. We were repeated told about the “weeks” it would take for approval. When the business shut down, the contract had to bought out with not one day of service provided. All the niceness turned mean. No negotiation, just threats of collection agencies. Between the contract for the machine and the ebt service, we spent over $3000. Now I’m finding out from other businesses that you don’t even need to pay for monthly service. Please do your research.

They sell your contact to First Data Global Leasing. Then to get out of the contract they say its 10k or more even if you are out of business. They want money for you to even return it, it will ruin your credit. Best to just go to other processing companies, they are rude and will do all they can to get money that isnt theirs.
