Currency Exchange/Auto License Roosevelt Rd, Glen Ellyn

Been here a few times. They haven't been open. Update: 4th time coming here won't be coming back. It's a waste of my time. They are never open. Close the business for good would you? Why be in business if you are never open?

Thursday at 1:38pm. Hours say it should be open but it is closed.

This currency exchange is beyond awesome...I give it 5⭐️‘S because the staff is always very friendly, helpful, efficient,patient, knowledgeable and very professional.You can count on them even when the lines are long because, they work at a very fast pace...they will have u in and out within no time 😀the guy who works there (Joe)is really nice. He always put a smile on my face even when I’m having a bad day!!! I absolutely luv my neighborhood currency exchange! Keep up the good work guys❤️

The folks at Currency Exchange are friendly, patient, and speedy. I’ve been a customer for at least 5 years, since their previous location. I have always received excellent, courteous service. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them. Well done and thank you!

They get you in and out as fast as they can. They just are stone faced and never smile. The workers use to play around with me when I came in now they act like I’m a total stranger. Their service is top notch it’s just the friendliness is gone. The playfulness is gone as well it’s almost like a dead zone when you walk in there. Where everyone is just zombies and just doing what they have to in order to get by.

Mostly "temporary closed" than open for service. I guess is is hard to hire someone to cover for or replace their current smile sparing staff who was transferred to a Carol Stream branch.

there is a guy named Joe that took care of me and my father today for truck registration . By far the most efficient, swift and knowledgeable clerk of any sort that has helped me in these places. Plus he was professional yet fun to deal with. Highly recommend going here for business or errands. Id like to hire this guy! That good, thank you

These employees are angels. DMVs and Currency Exchanges are where you see the worst and best of people. There was an insanely cruel and disrespectful customer. Watching the clerk take this all and still brush that aside and smile as she assisted me was something I commend her for greatly. The clerk used techniques to de-escalate, and when the customer would not resist, she professionally stepped back. I’m coming here again for my next sticker purchase.

Totally awesome place here! I actually pay the little bit extra to here to renew my plate stickers than going to the DMV because the customer service is AWESOME! Joe is a great employee! Whatever they pay him, they need to pay him more! He helped me with not one, not two, but THREE sticker renewals in record speed (and it was pretty crowded that day, too!). It's so rare to get service at a place like this with a smile. The people here are actually FRIENDLY! Pretty rare these days! Would give this place more stars if I could!
