Best experience at a car dealership I’ve ever had! Adrian was great! He was not pushy, he gave us our options and didn’t try to make us get something we couldn’t afford. They were super fast. They picked our vehicle up from a different lot and had it back to us within an hour! I will definitely buy from there in the future.

We went to DriveTime in Gastonia, NC which was an hour away from home for us. Prior to going to DriveTime, we went to about 8 different car lots over 2 and a half weeks. We were not feeling too good about the experience bc of how awful it had been going already. We walked into DriveTime and we met Adrian and the rest of the team. Everyone was so very friendly and patient with us, which included our one year old. They were straight to business, professional but still so very friendly. Adrian picked out the cars we would have a chance of getting and let us test drive them, and even handpicked some according to our needs and our desires. We could tell immediately that we were in good hands and that we had a real actual chance of driving off that lot with a new (to us) car for our growing little family. Adrian and the team all seemed to be just as excited as we were and that truly helped to make this an amazing experience. We will be using DriveTime for any other car purchase in the future, and we will recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Our little family now rides around in a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu and we could not be happier. 💙💙

My daughter had filled out an online application and was qualified for zero money down on a Chevrolet Cruz she also made an appointment to come in at 7 o’clock to meet with someone and go over arrangements her credit good we were there for over an hour waiting to test drive something she had already picked out the vehicle had all the paperwork so she had to do was come in sign and pick the vehicle up however when we got there we had to fill all those paperwork out again the gentleman then told her that she would have to put a down payment on after she had already got approved for zero down he came back out handed us two keys to test drive two vehicles that were the cheapest vehicles on the lot and would not give us what the application had said on the drivetime site also I would like to inform you that this is the nastiest dirtiest place I have ever been into the people were very unprofessional standing around talking instead of doing their jobs of course we did not test drive the other two cars or even look at them because those were not the car that we were promised these people are a joke don’t waste your time

I would rate this less than 1 star if I could! The down payment they quote you online is a scam just to get you there. Online I was quoted a $95 down for the SUV I wanted. Luckily I called before driving over an hour to get there because the "manager" tried to pressure me to put a lot more down, telling me "Oh this is an expensive SUV, it's worth more than $95 down. We can't get you in that vehicle for that ! I will send you a list of what we CAN get you in for that down. As a long time salesperson my friend, this is called "the bait and switch". I suspect the down payment actually goes directly in their pocket, thus the extreme pressure. BEWARE of this place !

I met with Eric and Angie to get a new car after experiencing a total loss with my vehicle and I needed a new car quickly before having to return my rental. They were very friendly people, they were straightforward with my options and I was able to lease a vehicle with less of a down payment than I expected to pay, my oil changes are covered and it has an excellent warranty to cover repairs. I'll admit I was nervous to come to drive time at first, but now I would recommended anyone to give them a try!

Got sold a faulty car - 4 days of me having it it broke down & warranty company is claiming that I wrecked it . When the truth is they sold me a dangerous vehicle . And told me my insurance will have to handle it. Here are pictures from repair shop . And car when I APPARENTLY wrecked it . Clearly it has not been wrecked by ME . Now I’ll be paying $14,000 for a car that’s stuck in a shop and won’t be getting repaired because the repair was $13,000 total. Silver rock does nothing nor do they ever contact DriveTime . So don’t bother . YOU’LL be thrown in circles from 3 different companies that are harder to reach than the IRS. Take your money to Carvana ! Or CarMax ! 😅 they will guarantee a better and working car.

The staff were great very helpful and friendly. However the catch is you think you see the car payment is monthly but it’s not so it’s biweekly. I’m sorry but I can’t afford to pay a total of 450.00 a month for just a car payment. I will have to work hard to make my credit score go up. I do wish I was able to have taken the car I really wanted though.

I got approved with a $95 down payment. However all of the vehicles for that low down payment did not meet my expectations. However, I was able to (Malcome) listened to my needs and found an amazing car! 😉 He took time to search high and low and found me the perfect car!! Gregg was super patient answering my numerous questions and never appeared agitated. Nikki was my first point of contact and I have to say,! I will be coming back again. Our experience with DriveTime was amazing!! We had been searching for a vehicle with a 3rd row for a month and after getting the run around with so many other dealers we decided to try DriveTime. The staff here was extremely detailed and very kind. I knew what I wanted going into the store, did the online application first to make a visited faster. I was driving off the lot with my new car in about an hour!! I was given a recall report, a carfax report and every detail on the car. I felt very comfortable with my purchase! I applied on line and when I talked to them on the phone and made the appointment to come in the Gastonia office and I walked in and seen Adi Oh my the most HANDSOME guy ever, cuter then James. But the nicest people ever they will do what ever it takes to get you in a car and pull off the lot that day!! Very nice cars great deals and many many to choose from!!!
