    Had an appt for a week to open an account. My sister and I got off from work. The appt was at 12:30. When we arrived, the person was not there and we were told we could come back at 1:30. Terrible customer service. Funny I contacted the email u provided.. "The recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system". Have not been contacted by this branch as well. I

    I went to this branch with a personal buisness document to be notorized. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years. I do all my banking online, seldom go into the branch for service. I went to the branch, meet with an employee. I explianed to her that I was a customer and just need a document motorized. She really didn't acknowledge me, however she made sure to read my entire personal buisness document, twice. I was then advised I need to have/provide a Notformarial certificate for an acknowledgme . I asked several times what that was. I just needed my live signature notorized, not my documents read. I asked several times, she explained it. My response, was that it was a form that SHE fills out, not myself. I asked where do I get, how do I get, and again what exactly is it. After expressing her frustration with me she got up and retrieved the form. She wouldn't slide it under the glass, but I read. Again, I stated that was a form for HER to fill out, not me. I then asked why I couldn't just use the form she had, she stated she couldn't that it was her copy. I wrote the GS 10B-41 form number down on my hand in pen so I could go home and print them. Seemed simple, she printed one, why not just press print again so SHE could fill it out. Simply horrible customer service, on top of it this employess was rude, unhelpful and nasty attitude. Will be sure and clsoe my accounts, and just bring my buisness to another financial institution.

    This Is the worst Wells Fargo Bank. The Branch Manager actually told me that i had to call her before they would cash my devedend checks and draw money out of my checking account. Please be warned now. Do not do any business with Wells Fargo... Period.... They are in trouble with the Government..... I'm having to go and make sure there's a teller from the Dallas branch to draw the rest of my checking account out.... I've already got a new checking account with Bank of America....My Sister has worked for Wells Fargo for years... She told me to Get All my money out now.... I just saw we're your wanting me to contact you.... Well, I have been Emailing and finally got a Email back say that y'all were investigating it.... Other than that..... No more E-mails from anyone at Wells Fargo......

    I previously complained about this branch. The branch manager contacted me and resolved my issues. She is fantastic as she listened, showed compassion and is very smart.

    Terrible customer service !! Only needed to get in my safety security box, what a process and pain !! If they would stop talking among themselves and wait on customers, it might be a 2 star rating...good luck if you have some banking to do

    Yesterday (Wednesday) June 9th) I went to Wells Fargo to make a withdrawal from my saving account. To my complete surprise I didnt know I needed an additional form of identification besides my driver's license to make a withdrawal. The teller requested that I submit my social security card or a credit card to verify my identity. I was little confused by the request. Very dry attitude (teller) Fortunately when she conferred with another teller he recognized me and told her to proceed with my withdrawal request without further need for additional identification. I frequently visit this branch and have never been asked for my personal credit card or social security card. These are highly sensitive documents. The customer service I received on June 9 was terrible and completely inexcusable.

    I love this branch, always is welcoming and helps with all accounts. The man that wears the beautiful suits with bowtie is so helpful. I love this branch

    If I could put zero stars, I would. They shut my card down after I ordered something out of country online. When I reactivated it. They didn’t even reactivate it. And it’s been TWO weeks !, Now I’m trying to connect it back to my phone. It said I had to verify it. So I called and it was left on hold for almost 30 mins!. They didn’t even pick up !, I wish I could have given a zero stars. I think they need better customer service.

    Bad experience, zero customer service, a man who was sitting in an office doing nothing got up and came to me to tell me that they could not attend me but had an appointment that had to wait a week, all this in a rude way and without courtesy

    Only been a customer for a couple of months. I will be leaving shortly. They really dont care about their customers from my several experiences. I think I will go to a home town bank where they are there for me.
