    Martin is a magician! We closed on our new house in early January thanks to him.     I'm sorry you feel this way, but I also have no idea who you are and no record of you having applied for a mortgage with us. Considering I have literally 1,000's of happy clients that all came to me through referrals, yours seems to be a very outlier opinion. Assuming again that I have ever even spoken with you, which seems unlikely.
