Dort Financial Credit Union W Hill Rd, Flint

Not sure what is going on but I reached out to one of the mortgage lenders on a refi and it's going on 2 years I kid you not and I still haven't heard from her. Now that the interest rates have gone up I don't think Dort can help me. I've been with them for over 10 years and this is how they treated me.

The tellers and the staff are very friendly and helpful every time I visit.

It's clean and people are pretty nice. Lines on Friday are so long! Literally one teller sometimes two in the drive thru. Tellers inside aren't in a hurry at all. I wish they had text alerts anytime my account balance changes.

Will for sure be looking at another credit union, they make you jump thru hoops for everything, drive thru is horrible and still after 9 months have still been calling to straighten out my account, Just garbage. Still can't deposit cash or check thru atm or do mobile deposits. No help going in either, waste of time, update I have started a transfer of all my funds to another credit union and they have done everything this one has refused to do good riddance to a terrible institution use anyone but this Dort Financial

Horrible drivethru upgrade. I would of thought that it would be more convenient for their customers but it’s not. If they are understaffed then they shouldn’t have open the drivethru until they are fully staffed. It’s very misleading to think you’ll get serviced through the drivethru when there’s no one to help only for you to have to drive around and just go inside.

Been a member for almost 20 years. People very helpful. Wonderful programs and services. Always easy to get questions answered or banking done.

I usually have no problems. But when they say they are going to do something, they need to learn to do it. And when customer service main office can't help you they say call the branch you were working with and you call the branch and tell them what they said they still transferred me to the main office. So the person working the service desk at this branch needs more training.
