Dollar Loan Center W 3500 S, West Valley City

Advertising states: $5,000 loans in minutes. I requested 4,000 for a family trip, I make enough to cover the cost of the trip, I just don't have it all right now. They wouldn't approve me for more than $500. Advertising is for new customers. If they will only give $5,000 to existing customers, then the advertisement is misleading. This is the first time I have dealt with this business. Now I know they can't be counted on during a time of need.

They lie. I was told I was clear for a loan but they didn't go through with it after driving down and providing what they wanted. Dishonest is how I'd describe it. Called the number and since I'm not taking a loan because they don't accept my income despite lying about it, and whoever answered has no clue why the number was given. I'd actually give less stars if I could.

Horrible customer service I paid my payment online like I have for a year now and it said I had 400 dollars available credit so I go in there and they tell me no because I have a title loan somewhere else. The whole room of employees stares at me and was very embarrassed I think her name was leticia. I went to check city no problem at all. I will never go to dollar loan center again.

I needed a simple loan to help me get some work-related licensing and so I could buy a new cell phone. First of all, they claimed information I know I had entered into their webform was missing. Secondly, despite the fact I have a land line where I can be reached, because it was not listed under my name and because my cell phone was missing they refused to extend me a loan. They claimed it was some legal restriction. However, my landline is good enough for my medical providers and my financial institution. They clearly are not willing to work with an individual in their unique and specific circumstances. Don't waste and risk your time with them. They are not the concerned and sympathetic lenders they claim to be.

Don’t even acknowledge that customers make payments on time, to take the credit loan out especially if they keep sending updates. Commercial says the don’t say No but they did.

They are awesome, Yessi let me bring a bad loan from money 4 You and pay off my old loans I had with dollar loan center then started a new loan that was at a lower interest rate along with giving me some cash spending money to spare. I love this store they always go above and beyond for me with my loans.
