    January 4, 2022 I was having problem trying to log in to my loan account not knowing that it has two different password. It wouldn't let me change or do anything. The service Rep. Leah D. help me out tremendously. Her patience and taking me through it step by step I truly appreciated it. My pet pee is Customer service. Ms. Leah D. did an excellent job and got me on the right track. I was able to do my transaction. Thank you so much Ms. Leah D. Jefferson Branch I tried to write another review. The guard gets a 5 stars also. She seen I was getting upset with the other lady who really don't need to be on the front desk if she can't understand . The guard took control of the situation. She knew exactly what I wanted and I appreciated her as well because she got Ms. Leah D. Thank you both !!!

    First, let me explain this process. I did open my accts up at the Detroit location about 8 or so years ago. I mostly go to the Clawson, Mi location when I need to go. I really don't have to go to this bank that much because I really only use it to deposit my direct deposit into my checking , sav, and holiday club accts. I love it. I literally just let the money deposit. Lately I have been looking into doing other transactions with this credit union because I know they have good reviews on other products that they offer. In Dec 2021 I picked up the flyer for their Holiday Christmas personal loan offer. I usually like to do these transactions in person but due to COVID-19 regulations things are changing and there are more virtual options available now. When I asked the teller about it , she mentioned I could apply online. I did apply in JAN 2022. Before I applied I did call to spk to the loan department to ask more questions. The lady was rude. I ignored it and asked my questions. The next day I went online and applied. IT was on a Tuesday. I did not get any information about my application in my email or anything so I called to check the status 5 days later. The same lady in the loan dept answered again, she was still rude, I ignored it. I asked about my status, she sd oh you were approved, we just need a paystub to verify income. I emailed it 5 minutes after we disconnected the phone. She emailed me back said ok. I called two more time over the next 6 days to check the status, kinda got the run a rounds. Then Friday 1/28/2022 I finally got a follow up call from someone about my loan. He was very monotone but not rude. I did give the loan dept another follow up call because the monotone guy I spoke with previously sd he would email my loan documents in 30 minutes and it had been over almost 2 hours. When I followed up Lisa W answered the phone so pleasant. Lisa W was amazing. She assist me with all of my questions and I thanked her for her pleasant attitude and all of her hard work. This review is for LISA W at Diversified Member Credit Union. I talked to maybe 6 different people that could have really cared less about my transactions, but when I spoke with LISA W, she did wipe that negative slate clean. I started loving my credit union all over again. I also have to give a shout out to Brandon S in the loan department. He was also very helpful. I am feeling good about my transactions again so I can move forward as I planned. I did not mention the names of the negative people because this review is NOT about them. It is about LISA W and her positive tone and professionalism. She renewed my experience with Diversified Member Credit Union again. Thank you so much LISA W. FYI THIS IS A 5 STAR REVIEW BUT FOR SOME REASON GOOGLE IS ONLY SHOWING IT AS 4 stars. I WANT IT TO BE CLEAR THIS IS 5 STARS.

    I was having difficulties getting all of the necessary paperwork changing over my registration and plate to my new state. I had to do a lot of back and forth with getting all of the necessary paperwork and Lisa Watkins was there for me every step of the way! She was available for help via phone and email through my numerous visits to the SOS and DMV. Thanks for all your help Lisa!

    Nicole helped me to solve my issue. She worked diligently, efficiently, effectively and she was courteous. I know that this Credit Union is one of the absolute best. If you want good quality service this would be the place you should go and Nicole is an example of why I still continue banking with DMCU.

    Awesome experience! Lisa Watkins in the loan department was patient, proficient, kind and knowledgeable. She answered ALL questions I had (& I definitely asked many questions about the process, waiting period, percentage rates, amounts, etc). She provided options for my specific loan needs based on the products available through DMCU. I truly appreciate her time and ability to ease my concerns with the loan process. Upon speaking with her I was comfortable applying for my loan online and no longer felt it adamant that I come in the office to meet with a loan officer. Thank you Lisa and DMCU. Ive been a member for over 10 years and you all just keep getting better.

    Ms. Lisa Watkins is a wonderful DMCU employee to talk to! She takes her time to listen to the customers and patiently answers all the questions. I spoke to her several times, both for my needs and for my acquaintances. She always is very professional in her responses. Ms. Watkins, I take this opportunity to Thank You for all the help!     I have been a member of DMCU since 2008. The staff there are remarkable. I feel valued as a customer, and my needs concerns are Always addressed and handled expeditiously. Ronnette Gault in particular is a God send. She helps me understand services/products. Ronnette is very helpful, patient, diligent, and thorough. If there is a problem, Ronnette doesn't quit until it's solved, and then follows up to make sure everything is okay. Ronnette's Customer Service is Exceptional!!!

    I use the (Jefferson Branch) most of the time for my banking needs. Any time I have any questions/issues regarding my accounts, Ms. Denice P. is always available to assist me she goes above & beyond everytime, I need her assistance. There are others who helps me as well, but Ms. Denice is a there before I can say anything she’s on there to assist me & I am ever grateful for her help. Kudos Ms. Denice keep doing what u do.     My family and I are giving this 5-star review based upon the exemplary assistance we received from Member Services Representative, Alischia Clements (Jefferson location). While we were working to resolve this matter, she was always responsive to our needs by answering all our questions, phone calls and emails. She was always timely and not once did we have to make numerous phone calls in order to get answers. She never rushed us off the phone, was never rude or condescending and never tried to over talk us. We needed clarity and better understanding. Ms. Clements listened, fully explained next steps and provided us with complete answers. Thank you Ms.Clements.

    On 9/3/21, I purchased a boat and DMCU financed 1/2 the cost. The purchase was made the day before my mothers funeral. Within a couple of hours after the transaction, I found out the boat was sold under fraud and conspiracy. This case is currently in court. Since I trusted these people and was grieving over my mothers death, they use this to their advantage. This left me deeply depressed. Because different people were giving me different advice, I was not mentally able to comprehend certain transaction. When I finally talk to Lisa Watkins, she was kind, considerate, compassion and very knowledgeable. She did everything she could to help me through this extremely difficult situation. She explained to me what went wrong, and then walk me through the entire process of getting things back on track. She was also instrumental in saving me $6000. Because of Lisa Watkins genuine concern, I am able to appreciate life once again. Thanks Lisa for going above and beyond the call of duty! YOU ARE AWESOME‼️

    Lisa Watkins is AMAZING. She gave me tips on getting my car refinanced and boosting my credit and before I knew it my credit was 200 points higher no refi needed I am in a new car also got a new credit card with diversified. I’ve been with Bank of America over 7 years and have been denied credit multiple time so that was a major plus. Lisa you rock im forever grateful for you. I can finally close my Bank of America accounts lol

    I've been a member of this credit union since 2015 and the staff has always been pleasant. I usually do most of my banking via the drive up window in the rear. 90% of the time Monica is my teller and she is amazing each time I have dealt with her she is fast and polite and always courteous of the things I need regardless to how tedious they may be. I'm appreciative of the quality of employees dmcu employs and that's what keeps me coming back.

    I always feel rushed when I have to call! I am treated as if I'm a bother and the customer service representative Brenda Grier is extremely rude and her tone is not inviting! I am going to visit the branch asap, pay off loan, withdraw all my money, and close the account. I have not been treated kindly or with respect since opening this account! I have only been treated like I'm a bother or like they have something better to do! The online software is a disgrace! I do not like having to tell my bank I'm traveling or risk having my account locked miles away from home! I travel the United States frequently due to work and performing, and i called to notify them I'd be traveling and they are extremely intrusive and i do not feel like i need to clear my travel plans with anyone! The customer service is horrible! PLEASE HIRE AN ENERGETIC PROFESSIONAL WHO IS A KIND AND RESPECTFUL STAFF MEMBER TO SPEAK WITH THE PUBLIC! FIX THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAYBE THE REVIEWS WILL BE BETTER! I do not recommend this branch or credit union to anyone!

    I was recently in the Branch to take of personal banking matters. The Staff here is always outstanding!. On this day specifically I received great customer service from the branch teller "PEGGY". She was very helpful in my banking needs, and very informative on additional banking services available at the Branch. Peggy I hope will receive the deserved recognition for her job performance.

    Leah Dale is amazing!! She helped with my banking issue and further helped me stay off of the fraud list by giving me some very good information about prepaid Visa Cards! 10 star review!!! Also: I went to the teller glass and spoke with Asante Lindsay and she was incredible! She assisted me with getting the raffle tickets and getting my name on ones I previously bought! Great job times two! Update: I found out I had fraud transactions on my account and Leah Dale directed me to Destiny from the Dispute department, who took great care of me!!
