I would definitely recommend Rapid Finance for small businesses or if you are a larger business looking for a line of credit. We have never had any issues with Rapid and their customer service is awesome! You can tell the reps are influenced by a great leader, they are all nice. I have acquired service through RP once last year. I was trying to expand my business. And they diligently worked though my case and within a week, I got much needed fund. My case manager was Kisha Daniels and I found her the most diligent, highly responsive and she always went extra mile to facilitate my funding process. She would call or text daily and provide updates. I felt like she was there 24/7 for her clients. And recently, in March of 2022, I was in dire need of funds AGAIN and I reached out to my current lender called Biz2Credit (ITRIA VENTURES) who went AWOL on me. I really appreciated my Rapid Finance duo, Kyle and Roshawn! They were super honest with me and let me know EXACTLY what I would be getting into should I take an advance from one of their partners.
