These Guys!! What can I say!! They were there when I needed them. Quick and straight to the point. This had to be the easiest process that I have ever been through. Thanks for being there!!

Such liars! Don’t do business with them, they only do “no closing cost” on military and they also charge you $500 for appraisals before qualifying you 100%, so if you don’t qualify at the end and they deny your loan, you’ll loose your money… doing business backwards. The worst experience ever! I don’t know how they can get away with their scams, but hopefully people read this before they get screwed. :(

Fast. Good rates. Efficient. Good customer communication. I started refinancing with Amerisave but they were so slow -- I gave up after 6 months -- that I went to Rocket. Wow! It took a matter of weeks.

I AGREE 100% with Dave Woolworth...I had the EXACT SAME problem. Rocket refused to cooperate with both my work schedule as more than anything else REFUSED to work with my bank. Do not take a loan from Rocket!!!

I was in a complete bind and needed funds fast!! With the overwhelming all at once situations of my dog having to have things done at the vet, a cross country move in less than 4 weeks etc rocket loans literally gave me so much peace of mind and in such a record breaking timely manner! Applying for a personal loan from Rocket Loans was effortless. The money was deposited into my checking account in less than 24 hours of my approval. I used Rocket Mortgages to purchase my home and had such a great experience. so when I needed a personal loan to consolidate my credit card debt I didn't hesitate to use their sister company...Rocket Loans. I was definitely pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I’m a victim of identity theft and have had a fraudulent personal loan that has been opened in my name with Rocketloans. I didn’t consent, authorize, apply, nor request for this fraudulent personal loan to be opened in my name. The address, phone number, email, and information on file does not belong to me, and non of the information regarding these accounts where verified that they belong to me. I have sent rocket loans a debt validation letter, ftc identity theft report, and police report showing that these accounts are deemed as fraud. In spite of that Rocketloans has failed to provide me with a proper validation of the debt. Failed to use reasonable care in the course of business and failed to use even minimal procedures to ensure that I was not harmed. As a result of these blatantly reckless, wanton, and intentional acts, I have suffered and continue to suffer general and specific damages. I am also very upset at Rocketloans for intentional infliction of emotional distress and at the other diminishes of the quality of my life. This fraudulent account need to be removed out of my name, and off of my credit files immediately!

Excellent experience overall, just as it was with my Rocket Mortgage about a year ago. The products offered were competitive. The people I worked with were all polite, knowledgeable and professional. Response times were rapid. I would recommend them to anyone! Very smooth and trouble free process.

I got approved fast in 2 days the process was fast and they didn’t ask for anything other to prove that I had a bank account and in 2 days money that I asked for was deposited I really like them because when others said no rocket loans said yes

Terrible experience, I tried to refinance my mother's loan before she died and she had perfect credit .... Rocket Loan and First Commonwealth Bank had all the information they needed and they didn't do their end after I did hands stands on my end providing all the reports they asked for ... Very unhappy with both !

So anyone looking at this company read the bad reviews first because they are the truth the "good" ones are lies and bots this company is clearly scamming people and choose who they want to help which is practically no one.

I should not have been surprised since my mortgage is with Rocket, but I was thoroughly impressed with Rocket loans. I utilized their personal loan service on a Sunday. I had approval in minutes and funds deposited to my account by Tuesday. Everything was handled electronically, with simple easy to follow instructions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Super easy and super fast. The funds were in my bank within less than two days. Even with decent but not great credit, the loan went through quick and the application process was a breeze. I would gladly use Rocket loans again if I ever need another loan in the future.

Complete scam. They are a bait and switch company that will offer one rate that looks extremely competitive and attractive, then ask you for all of your banking information and of course employment verification. Then they switch their offer multiple times to trap you in a higher interest loan. Don't fall for it. Rocket Loans is a scam bait and switch predatory lender.

It’s been 2 months and they still haven’t reported it paid in full, which keeps me from getting approved with anything else.

Super easy and very, very quick! I applied late morning and money was in my account upon waking up! Easy and convenient way to pay off high-interest credit cards. Origination fees seemed very high but speed was definitely on point.
