He looks at every aspects of a situation and finds ways to minimize cost. He cares for his customer and legitimately cares and takes a personal interest in the people he helps.

Mr. Dirk Hilkmann spent several hours with me going over health insurance plans and explaining everything in detail with no complaints - I had many questions. I also call a couple times a year with questions about my auto insurance coverage and June has always been extremely helpful, pleasant, and thorough in her explanations. Unlike other agents, this agent welcome new residents of Dallas. The agency is focused on provided you the right insurance coverage, not sell you the most insurance possible. As a result my coverage matches my needs for protection. When I experienced an auto accident, the employees at the agency explained the steps State Farm would go through and how I could be better prepared to provide the information. As a result, I was able to close my claim (at a right and fair settlement amount) in less than a week from submitting claim to receiving the check. Thanks to the agent's advice, I had the information when it was needed. State Farm was able to provide a tow truck that night of the accident. The State Farm claims people treated me with politely and fairly.

I love this agent and the staff here! Any time I have questions about my coverage they get me answers, and when I need to write policies or make changes they are very attentive. Dirk absolutely knows his stuff and his support staff gets me anything I need. If you have questions about insurance they are the people to go to. Yes State Farm may cost more for coverage but I have seen first hand you truly get what you pay for! Highly recommend them!

Dirk Hilkmann and his staff were truly wonderful to work with--they helped my husband and I find a very competitive rate for homeowners insurance for our house in East Dallas, and when we had a claim (plumbing disaster), they were prompt and extremely helpful. They were also reassuring, which I wasn't expecting, but which really made an enormous difference in how we experienced this difficult situation. Our previous insurers were a nightmare to work with, so we were glad to see that not all agents are the same. (A side note: My husband is from France, and he and Dirk were able to talk in his native language--très très sympa!). Can't recommend highly enough.
