I was impressed how quickly Carlos dealt with my "frustrated call" right before closing hours. The POS system was accidentally kicked and unplugged by one of our cashiers. We never thought that anybody would answer the call late at night, but fortunately Digital Market POS came to the rescue.. phone must of rang 3 times and was quickly picked up by the on-call tech that quickly walked us through the process to get the computer up and running. I kept having issues with my Square reader and I had to replace it a couple of times but still kept having issues. Not good when the customer is trying to pay and you swipe, swipe, swipe and nothing happens. So a friend of mine told me to call these guys, they showed up, replaced my reader and got my app running the same day. Amazing service for someone that's not too tech friendly. Leave the techie stuff to these guys. Back in business and my customers now able to pay on the go.
