Chase Bank Plainfield Rd, Willowbrook

I had to do some quick money transfer on a Saturday that I needed help with. I walked in and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. One of the bankers Mr. Charles immediately started working on my inquiry. He was so nice and kind and welcoming and smiley and everything I feel like I fell in love with this dude a little bit :) It is so refreshing to encounter individuals with such good energy 🙏🏽🤘🏼

This bank has the best employees. They smile and are happy. The bank is clean. Even when they are busy the line moves fast. Most importantly, the bankers are well informed on how to navigate the Chase app. They give you great advice on how to protect, invest, and budget your money. Simply put. I love this bank

Staff is very nice! I opened a personal account and a business account with Sarah a couple months back when I moved here from San Diego. When Sarah is busy, Dusko Basaric is always willing to help me with any questions I may have. I highly suggest this branch and always look forward to seeing the team.

Banker Celine Torres was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I came to the bank to exchange fundraiser funds for larger bills. Apparently small bills is indicative of alternative employment so with disdain and disgust the young woman exclaimed to her co workers that she did not want to touch the money. She went on to count my bills and put the new bills in the drawer to return to me without an envelope. Micro aggressions have no place at chase bank. I felt so embarrassed. My staff member who was with me at the time witnessed the rude and unsatisfactory behavior of Ms. Celine Torres and remarked on it as well. This is the first time I’ve dealt with such rude behavior from a member at this branch.

Terrible service, sat down with a banker that just happened to be the branch manager. Didn't help with what I needed and acted like he didn't care. A one star is overrating this type of service.

This location has the best .bankers and tellers I have encountered. They are all very good at their jobs and treat their customers very well. I have been to other locations most are pleasant and professional . However this location stands out to me as being superior.

I work for a company based out of Burr Ridge, IL. But live in Denver, CO. I go to this bank to cash and deposit my payroll check. I have got cashier's checks, safe deposit box and have cashed out the cashier's checks here. The bank tellers are always welcoming , polite and helpful. I wish all businesses conducted themselves in the same mannar. I go to chase banks in Denver and they don't stack up to the guys in Willowbrook, IL. Always in n out in less then 10 mins.

I always preffer to come to this location. I always have been helped by Dusko Basaric. He is patient, knowledgable and professional. There was not a single question he could not answer and an issue he cannot resolve. Thank you very much
