I have been a member for quite some time and they have always been great and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great credit union.

long wait times for the atm during regular hours (10+ minutes) if someone doesnt get their card get stuck. Low atm limits. only 500 a day is wack.

Spent 20 minutes in line for the ATM the machine ate the car to the person in front of me then it wouldn't read my card. Your bank is horrible people have been sitting in line and the drive-through for 20 minutes what the hell are you people doing

This particular credit union deserves the rating given because the staff is not helpful and experienced about banking and finance. I applied for an account and was denied because it claimed that I was on ChexSystems. This was a bunch of hogwash and was absolutely false. I ordered my report, received it two weeks later, and it was clear of any derogatory information. I spoke with the branch manager after receiving the report and showed him the report. He said that ChexSystems told the financial institution to deny me the account when it did not. Well, if I do not have a negative banking history, there should have been no reason for declining my application. Also, I applied for a credit card the same date that I applied for membership. I was told that my credit file was blocked. When I contacted the credit bureaus, this was also found to be false. This particular credit union's banking policies and practices appear to be biased and discriminatory and should be legally investigated.

The worst branch ever. Staff super slow and long wait lines.

Wait time for a representative on the phone is between 2 hours 9 minutes and 3 hours. They can't blame this on Covid staffing because this is the way it's been for the eight years I've had my loan. No thanks.

The Worst branch I’ve been to in Leominster. The manager Angela brown and Alicia is very unprofessional, lack of communication, doesn’t follow protocol or procedures. If you want to get excellent customer service go to a different branch.

Whomever designed this new branch should be ashamed. The drive thru and ATM lines are an accident waiting to happen. And the lines inside are worse. I drive from Leominster to the gold star branch and get quicker service they always have 6 teller stations open . It's worth the trip

If you need services here, good luck. I checked in with a "0-5 minute wait, 1st in queue" and waited 45 minutes, then had the branch manager ANGELA take someone ahead of me who hadn't even checked in because she "felt like he had been there a long time". Yeah, he had, but not nearly as long as i had. At that point I left. I like DCU, but this branch frankly sucks.
