We originally engaged Jacob with a recommendation from our son who said Jacob was extremely efficient and responsive in his refinancing. Our experience was complex and after Jacob completed the first two refinance procedures we decided to pursue the balance of our mortgages and found a number of struggles with lending agencies. Jacob was incredibly pleasant to work with and made our home buying experience incredibly seamless and easy! After getting approved through our “big” bank, I decided to try and keep things local instead. I searched for a local loan broker and saw Jacob had the highest review score. I reached out and within 15 minutes he gave me a call and email. We talked about my current signed offer and what my options were. Jacob wanted to explain the entire process so I understood the timeline as well as different financing options. He gave me his insight into the interest rate outlooks as well as what options best fit our needs. Within an hour of the call he sent over what our options looked like and what interest rates were available. After hearing Jacob’s advice and thoughtful explanations we decided on an option and we locked in our rate. Within days we were approved, appraised and funded. Things moved incredibly fast! Jacob was not only playing loan broker but also taking care of any and all coordination with the escrow company, sellers agent, bank, appraiser, HOA management company, county, etc. Every step of the way, Jacob was constantly giving us updates and explaining every step of the process.
