Bay Federal Credit Union N Main St, Salinas

I'm keeping it simple. Manny, is the man got me approved for a car loan when every other bank denied me. As I walked in ALL the staff there were very polite. But, once again, Manny, is the man the attitude this man has beyond words. I highly appreciate how honest he was with me and made sure I was going to do the best moves to help my credit. Thank you Manny.

Amazing staff, but has not been able to help me with most of my problems that led me to join a credit union in the first place. Times are changing i guess.

Wow! Love this bank. For the record I don't know anyone who works there personally, my good review is from experience only. I use four banks, Coast-Tel I like most. I have banked with them using many banking services they offer over 7 years. They are great. Truly what you want from a local credit union.

I been banking with you guys 35 years and honestly for me you guys are THE BEST BANK✩✩✩✩✩✩ I would never go no where else!!! Thank you for all the hard work and for making our community a great place to live.

You can't go wrong with a long established local credit union with low loan rates & a staff that knows their membership. They're open to new members looking to escape pushy big banks. I love it!

I've had nothing but bad experiences with the customer service at this credit union. I can't even speak to a manager! They said it's just a call center and there's no manager. If you're just a regular person who needs basic banking services, this is not the bank for you. I have other accounts with Central Coast Credit Union, and they are the complete opposite. I will keep my business strictly with Central Coast.

I use to bank with Coast-tel before it became Bay Federal and I loved it but now bay federal offers the same and more. I'm happy to see some of the employees from Coast-tel at Bay Federal because I get the best of both and I am very satisfied with their service and customer service thank you Gaby Gutierrez

I spent a total of 25 minutes on hold for it to not even get to the branch. When this used to be coastel federal credit union I always had someone pick up the phone right away and address my problems right away.with this new change I had to wait on hold on for a really long time , enough for me to drive there in person and talk to a lady at this actual branch, ALL WHILE ON HOLD .. on top of that I never have any issues with my card when this was coastel, now I have had problems with my direct deposit as well as pending charges that they are really airheaded about fixing. I drove all the way here for them too tell me everything will go back onto my card at 2:30pm. I should be able to use my card when I want too . Not when some bank tells me I can. I’m switching to a different bank at the end of this month INDEFINITELY.
