Braxton with DHI has been outstanding! My husband and I work crazy schedules and Braxton was always available for questions. It never took him more than a few minutes to answer any questions we had. If we didn't understand something or the jargon we could ask him and he was more than happy to explain it and walk us through it. We had Braxton run different numbers for us on more than one occasion to see where we would be at in the loan process to get us to the price point we wanted with our intrest rate in the area we were looking for. We locked ourselves out of our account online a couple times and he was always on top of getting it fixed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.

Going through DHI was a horrible experience. Terrible at communicating and so last minute on everything. We got pushed back on our closing date because DHI sent over our loan last minute to get reviewed. Overall horrible experience.

We could not have asked for a better experience. 11/10. Six out of five stars. This was our first time buying a home and we didn't use a realtor, so Benton was our go-to when it came to all of our mortgage questions. He even let us call him to go over numbers at 8 pm when he was off of work. Not only were they responsive and patient, but they also paid almost all of our closing costs through different incentives, and even paid extra when our appraisal came in low, even though they didn't have to. Our interest rate was way lower than we anticipated and they were always quick to make adjustments to documents when things were a little bit off.

Braxton was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend him to anyone. We got an amazing rate and he was always prompt with returning phone calls. Would use him again in a heart beat
