I just want to say that I love this branch, especially Mary Fox. She helped my husband and I clear on an auto loan today and she is absolutely and asset to DFCU. She is very diligent and ensured that everything was 100% accurate on our loan. She even called me after the branch closed to inform me of pre-approval. She has a welcoming and warm personality, likewise to the other branch members. I will ensure to come back for any business my husband and I take on in the future as well as continue to be a credit union member.

DFCU is absolute trash, they will destroy you with overdraft fees and you'll never get to talk to an actual person. Their app don't work and you'll pay the price for it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have always had great service at this branch. Everyone is always so friendly and happy. Mary is amazing.

Horrible just horrible I get there is a virus going around right now, but when trying to pull my money out of the bank and get told I can only pull a max of 500 out should not be the case! I will be closing my account with them come Monday! Just a horrible credit union all the way around I use my card two times and instantly gets out on fraud protection and I have to call and re activate it.

The employees remember you and are genuine. They are always so sweet and helpful. I've never had any issues with this bank. I have 4 accounts and an auto loan here.

I have been with DFCU since I opened my first account over 15 years ago. I love their customer service, they are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very fast at this location. I was so thrilled to see a branch in my neighborhood! AND its open LATE (not bank late like 530, but actually late like after rush hour and kids' baseball practice late, like 7pm) and open on Saturday. They have free seminars explaining credit scores & budgeting, retirement planning, and even some classes for kids! They offer low rates on loans (with good credit) and they pay out high dividends (once you factor in the patronage dividend- gotta love .5% back, even on loans!) And their fees are lower than banks!

Outstanding to say the least, Exceptional service by all of the staff. Mathew helped me to understand any and all options that would be beneficial to my future. I was made to feel like I was well known from the first step in the building. Keep up the good work, it is greatly appreciated
