ATM does seem to be broken more often than not — and even when it’s not totally down, it has that “cannot process deposits or withdrawals” message on the screen — which is 99% of the point of an ATM! Inside is usually fairly busy later in the day, less so closer to opening. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, but they do seemed to be “stretched thin” of late (but what business isn’t?). Getting documents notarized was quick (and free!), highly recommend this branch for any notary needs.

Worst bank ever! ATM never works, no matter what time of day it is they are always soooo busy, one lane open on drive threw .. line of people inside, they will help all inside before coming to dt window, I was inside one time and they told us it’d be faster if we went outside??? No prolly not! Switching banks forsure!!!

People don’t go to this location! It would be faster to drive to another location, trust me. They’re so slow it’s ridiculous. I was waiting for a cashier’s check for 45 minutes!! This branch manager and employees need to be let go.

The customer service at this location needs work. The African American girl provided excellent service. However, the male personal banker and the other female teller was rude and dismissive. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have received better service at a gas station.

ATM is broken at least 75% of the time. Inside lined up out the door, but the workers are nice enough I guess.

I have had two occasions with using ATM and wanted $100.00 The machine said unable to complete transactions but they still subtracted the $100.00 from my account. I never got the money. I will not trust this ATM machine ever again

TCF was ok, Huntington is a complete BOMB !!! They handled the crossover terribly. There short staff !! ATM never works. Long Lines inside and out !! Online banking is always got issues ! Really ?? You are in the service biz !! Time to switch. WOW ! Absolute Disaster !!

So much information for Associate Kat...We became such good friends.. Anyways She was so helpful so patience with this old lady who not computer savvy to talk about points I can get for using Huntington Bank in traveling.. I will be back..And so happy to be with a bank that treats you like a friend and family... Change to Huntington Bank People..

Went after work 10 minutes before closing of crouse atm didn't work the workers had a some park in the open space so no one could get in when I tried to go around they shut the open light to close. Your bank is terrible. Time to find a new one

I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a cashiers check, one of the slowest branches that I have every been.
