Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Goddard Rd, Taylor

Temporarily closed for going on two years. Half the time here during midday weekdays the ATMs are temporarily out of service. Find another bank to do business with.

CLOSED! A note on the door would have been nice for your Customers that were waiting in the freezing temperatures for this location to open the doors! ! A message on the recorded system for this location would have been nice as well! Guess thats too much to ask! Closing my account!

This was actually the first Bank Of America I had a good customer service experience and that’s why im going so far out of my way to do a survey and good review Damilola and her manager are very sweet and we’re all the smiles the whole time and we’re just the we sat and chat for a min and them ladies were just the BEST overall (:

These people almost cost me $25k I received as a gift from a friend told me that the certified check was fake ..finally sent check backto my friend cost me $76 reg mail he tranferd wire the funds electronic to my wife's account cost me for the money transfer ..never been so humiliated by any place before in my life

They closed my account because of “suspected fraudulent activity”. Then forced me to wait 3 weeks for a cashiers check with my $1900 balance! Run away!!!!!!!!

This is the worse Bank of America there is. There was a line out the door and the poor customer service rep was by herself while the branch manager sat his lazy butt in his office on his cellphone! There was also other people there just sitting behind their desk while she worked her but off servicing the drive through and the lobby. Horrible customer service at its finest!

Horrible customer service at every branch I go to . consistantly treated as if my being a member is an honor or privilege. Done with high fees, shortage of tellers and disrespect. Farewell Bank of America.

As of right now inside the bank is closed but the ATM's are working. If you need to do business with a human inside the bank the only location that is open is at Southfield & Dix.

It's not my bank I didn't go to it yet you guys want me to give you a review I don't bank at that bank I was never there yet you want me to give you a review you need to check your system

I usually don't have a problem with this place since I've been with them for years But today was a very irritating day I waited in the drive through for 10-15 minutes because the bank teller was working drive through and the counter They don't have enough tellers in there thats my issue Not the establishment itself but they have ONE person doing a 2-3 person job I shouldn't be waiting 10-15 in the drive through just to simply withdraw money It's ridiculous
