    Brought my car to them to have a recall fixed. While my car was there they attempted convince me that I needed another 3,500.00 in maintenance done oil change, transmission flush, tires, among other things. I service my vehicle myself and declined their service. Today I was changing my motor oil and noticed the bottom of my transmission damp with transmission fluid, the transmission drain plug not completely seated and it appears to be cross threaded into the pan and leaking. I will be calling them on Monday. Make this right Devoe!

    This dealership is GREEDY and they are opportunists. Marking their vehicles up $30k simply because they choose to and trying to compare their markup with gas and food prices. Avoid this dealership and any dealership like them if you have any sense at all. REMEMBER, businesses NEED CUSTOMERS in order to stay in business!!! Why allow yourselves to be ripped off with a simple term “market adjustment”? $12000 due at signing plus State of FL registration $2298 per month including tax The reason for the amount due at signing is GM Financial will only finance up to a certain amount on leases.     In 2021, vehicle inventory in the United States was several million units short of what customers would have demanded in a perfectly efficient market where Supply matched Demand. The shortage of vehicles caused a predictable increase in vehicle prices. A trend such as this has been studied and researched by the field of economics since Adam Smith published The Wealth of Nations in 1776. While vehicles have historically depreciated as soon as they are driven off the lot, Escalades right now sold at MSRP are a better investment than placing money in the stock market for an entire year. Escalades can be flipped for resale as pre-owned vehicles right now at a significant profit. We charge as close to a market price right now as we can for Escalades. Our prices are definitely not the highest. While I understand your emotional response, for you to say we are driven only by Greed is simply not true. There are a lot of well-reasoned, educated people out there (who have nothing to do with the automotive industry) who would disagree with you. We take a lot of pride in serving the community and have done so since 1968. We would not raise the prices of our cars unless it was driven by a desire to have enough vehicles available to sell during a difficult time. We would not be in business for over 50 years without a sincere desire to serve the public. In addition, we are placing sold orders for new Cadillacs now as low as MSRP. We see an end coming to the inventory crisis for Cadillac, as long as there are no further disruptions to production. Our prices will come down as soon as inventory levels receive the necessary boost.

    We recently moved full time to Naples and located DeVoe Cadillac for servicing our Cadillac locally.     I have had very good luck with Devoe GMC and went to Cadillac looking at a vehicle. They wanted to charge 40k over sticker. When I confronted them about it, they didn’t want to work with me and just blew me off and said someone will pay it if you won’t. I found the same vehicle at Val Ward for sticker price. Sad that I can’t buy local here in Naples but happy to have found someone that values the customer.

    We regret that we were unable to assist you in your car purchase and that you are under the impression our vehicles are marked up $40,000 over the sticker price. We do not have or have we ever had a vehicle with that high of a markup. Our records also indicate we quoted an Escalade lease to you at MSRP on May 12th at 4:04 pm via text message, months after other Cadillac dealers had been confirmed to charge over MSRP for Escalades. We are aware of what competitors are charging for their vehicles and there is definitely no proof of a $40,000 difference in price. We pride ourselves in transparent dealings in all area of the business and would love to learn how this was explained to you or how you arrived at these figures. We hope to be able to be of service to you in the future. Our Market Adjustments are based on Supply and Demand. The automobile industry has experienced a rapid decline in new vehicle inventory due to a microchip shortage. The latest report indicated that local new vehicle supply is at 20-30% of levels consumers are used to in normal times. Basic economics provides the justification for charging over MSRP for vehicles, less vehicles available means those vehicles command a higher price. In fact, we are seeing many items, not just vehicles, rapidly increase in price due to inflation or supply shortages. If we charged less than the market price, our dealership would be out of vehicles for up to a period of months and not be able to serve the car buying public. We would also be out of new loaner vehicles for our service department. Both of these outcomes would be a complete disaster for our business. We do regret that some customers like yourself feel that we are taking advantage of them. We are only reacting to current business conditions. We will be happy to provide the Naples area with the most competitive pricing possible once new vehicle inventory levels improve. We will end our market adjustments at that time. We want nothing more than the business conditions for the local economy to be normal again.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in with my mom to buy a car and was given no help at all. When asked to see cars they showed us a used lot. The attitude was disgusting and a dishonor to the company. But luckily we just purchased a Lincoln and the service there was amazing. Go to Lincoln instead, or basically any other car place. Better cars, better service.

    Great experience, with help from Jose / Service, Sandra / GM and the unknown tech. Had major A/C issues with my 2014 CTS. DeVoe and Jose provided me a loaner at no cost, and even extended the loaner when I ran out of miles. My A/C was appropriately diagnosed as the compressor, and after a very long time of hot air, it is now blowing freezing cold as requested. GM/DeVoe/Jose were able to work with me on the final cost, and get it to a more manageable level. Much appreciated during these times. This vehicle was purchased used from another dealer, and I am fully satisfied with GM and DeVoe standing behind a product they didnt make the sale on. I intend on having DeVoe perform additional future service on my vehicle due to this experience.

    We wanted to see Sally. She was in a meeting so a man, no gentleman, named Mark offered to assist us. He was rude, condecending and not helpful. Sorry Devoe, we will buy our new 2021 Escalade elsewhere. I do not reccomend these rude people. FOLLOW UP Sally, who has always been professional called me. She inquired as to our experience. I told her she had been professional and I hold nothing but respect for her. She said she would meet with the GM and give me a call in a few days. I would suggest if you deal with DeVoe, deal with Sally. Avoid Mark at all costs. 2nd Follow up:. Finally met Sally. She apologized for our previous experience and offered to help. Sally introduced me to Tim,. Sales Manager and Steve, New Car Sakes. Very nice and helpful folks. I ended up purchasing from DeVoe. I've changed my review from 1 Star to 4 Stars. I'd give them a 5 but my experience with "Mark" still lingers. My reccomendation is to avoid Mark at all costs. Ask for Sally, Steve or Tim and be treated with respect and professionalism. Service Follow up: "Bought a 2021 Escalade here despite terrible sales staff...." - Teiszner Bought a 2021 Escalade here despite terrible sales staff. Only game in town so to say. Scheduled 1st service, oil change, recall on airbag and needed to replace a tire with a sidewalk damage. Scheduled 3 days in advance. They called this morning early, my appointment is for 10am, and said no loaner cars are available. So I said no problem,I’ll wait! They said no, they have to keep the car overnight. I said no. Let’s reschedule for when you have a loaner available. They said they can’t guarantee a loaner as there loaners are in short supply. They want $50 to pick it up. Lexus and Audi never charged a cent. I’ll get my tire elsewhere and change the oil elsewhere also. This dealer is a disgrace from sales to service. Avoid at all cost. PS Saved almost $150 on just the tire at a tire dealer.

    From the moment you arrive at Devoe you are treated with the utmost respect. Everyone is personable and eager to help. They never use any hard sell tactics; they ask questions and find the best vehicle for your needs. Our salesman: Monte was exceptional.     i’ve never been here but i have a question would they be able to fix my Cadillac 1998 DeVille ? it’s got engine over heating problems and it could use some new brakes. i’m 18 and i’m planning on keeping her for life, engine is only at 80k miles

    Blew me off when I arrived for my appointment that I drove 35 miles to from my home. Didn’t respond or email until a few days later. Agreed to make a new appointment, dropped the ball again. Refused to perform warranted work, vehicle has a maintenance plan on it. Offered me a free oil change- which they probably claimed against the maintenance plan and got paid back on, not to mention oil change has a huge markup. So it’s not like they’re giving me $90 when they give me an oil change. They didn’t quote me the price of the parts in the estimate I reviewed and approved, had my car longer than expected and in the end charged me more than $150 more because they “forgot to quote parts price” which again, they markup- I would never return here for service or sales. Absolute rip off and defrauded me charging me more to fix my car than I approved- then tried to spin it and make it sound like I should’ve known better that I wasn’t quoted parts costs- like I know what GM will and will not be warranting- that is your job service advisor, not mine. I wouldn’t return to this store ever again- lost a household of customers for life.

    I purchased a BMW 1-series in May from this dealership remotely. There were a couple of undeclared problems with the car when it arrived at my residence. After a conversation with the general manager of DeVoe, he asked me to send in some pictures and related information and promised to review the case. Shortly after sending him the supporting documents, he called and kindly offered a remedy that addressed the issues and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. While the initial experience with the salesman was unexpected, but the overall resolution meant that this dealership is managed well and the operation is well worth considering for any purchase of a used or a brand new cars.

    I had a 2006 Toyota 4 Runner, that is the longest I have ever owned a vehicle but I really liked it! Getting myself ready for retirement I new I needed a new car. My 2 sons own a Cadillac and suggested I look at them. I looked at them on line and figured out what I was looking for so I went to DeVoe to see what they had. The model and color inside and out was right there on the floor when I walked in! Steve Martin came over to help me. He was Great! My 2nd visit there I ended up buying it. I LOVE IT!!! It is a 2021 XT5 Premium Luxury. The whole experience was Very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend DeVoe Cadillac and Steve Martin! He spent a lot of time with me and was very patient!

    Terrible experience with the “Finance” Manager Ken. I was looking into financing options but I was also interested in paying cash or bringing my own bank draft if the rates were not acceptable since the vehicle was slightly used. Ken provided the worst customer service I have ever had at a car dealership(I buy a good number of brand new vehicles every year all 80k+). Based on what information I’ve been able to gather there was a back door deal on the car waiting on financing approval so they purposely strung me along and wasted my time. Also I originally left a negative review and was asked to remove it because my sales person was worried about his job. I also reached out the the GM about this to get it cleared up that my issue was with Kens customer service but there has been no response.( I did get a call from them for 2 rings and then they hung up, who ever called didn’t leave a voice mail or try to call me back).

    My wife and I were coming back from a family celebration at Apollo Beach, FL and were returning to Ft. Lauderdale when we had car trouble on interstate 75! We got off at nearest exit and when car would not start up, we called local towing company. Before they came, we called Devoe Cadillac service department and spoke with Jose. The time was 2 PM and it was on Friday, November 27! I asked Jose if we towed our car to you, would you have time to help us and see what the problem was..Jose said okay and we did tow our car to Devoe! Jose said yes but service would close at 5PM. We got there by 3PM and Jose looked at our car and found the main issue was a loose splashshield. He removed the shield and told us to replace it when you get back to Ft. Lauderdale. He also checked why our car did not start and sold us a new gas cap. He then test rode the car and told us we were good to go. On top of everything else, Devoe gave us a car wash and did not charge us anything for the diagnostic test they ran. That was fantastic service for us and particularly when we needed it most. If you're in the Naples area, do yourself a favor and patronize Devoe Cadillac. They are great! Thank you Jose and Devoe!!

    Truthfully I was expecting to be wowed. Staff was friendly. Lounge comfortable, same as other service departments from other makes. My car wash left much to be desired. I could’ve done a better job. An envelope that I keep in my glove compartment containing my ins card was on the floor mat. Plus there was a set of car keys (not mine) left in my cup holder. I did expect more from Cadillac.
