This is the best pawn shop I have been to yet. The clerk lady named Glenda is awesome, she shows great knowledge of the items in the store, she took great care of me , I def would recommend her if you are looking for something to buy or pawn.

Very professional and efficient establishment. Always clean with great inventory. Definitely ask for Tony Garza when you go in, you will not be wasting time. He is without a doubt a huge asset to the Capital Pawn organization.

If you look in the dictionary and look up the word “Welcoming” you’ll find a picture of Tony Garza with his hand out as if he were ready to give you the best darn handshake you’ve ever received! Top notch customer service with a winning smile! He made my visit a very pleasant experience and I would recommend that anyone go and check him out!

i walked in and the first person to greet me with the most warming welcome was Glenda (awesome lady) the store is so clean and organize. i didn't feel pressure. i needed help selling an item and was directed to Leslie Martinez was very informative, helpful and soo sweet. even though i didnt get to sell my item for the price i wanted and hoped to. but i was told why, and wasnt talked down on. i felt so comfortable.

This establishment is well maintained clean and organized good prices and items to buy and sell, the service staff [Front Desk]are very kind friendly and helpful, got plenty of help from Tony he's the man to see he and other are very well spoken and informed if you do not believe me I highly recommend you go and see it for yourself .

The staff at capital pawn Immokalee are kind and very welcoming! Especially Tony Garza! He is very informative on electronics and helpful with whatever you need. I highly recommend checking it out and asking for his services personally!

I really hate to be "that" person who starts off by saying I hardly ever leave reviews, but I can say it's pretty true. I find myself leaving reviews only if service was really poor to the point of greatly upsetting me, or if service was absolutely outstanding to the point where I 100% feel the need to rave about it. Luckily for this establishment, I get to say their service is absolutely outstanding. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I've only had interactions with Tony upon visiting, and his customer service is top notch. He always does a great job at making me feel welcome, and he is beyond patient with me. I haven't had the pleasure of talking with any of the other associates as of yet, but I do hope they're a lot like Tony! Thanks so much to the owner(s) for providing this town with such a clean and welcoming place!

Capital Pawn is the first place I go when looking for electronics and Tony is by far the best at guiding me through purchases. He has always provided top notch service and is loaded with knowledge on the products that are available.
