Was calling for 10mins, the call line saying over & over again that they are busy. I was only calling just to ask if they can make me a new debit card. I walk in and its completely dead no customers at all and the phone just ringing and ringing and no one getting off there butts to work.

Staff Always go above and beyond and it's such a friendly environment, they definitely make me wanna stay

DFCU granted me a HELOC during the 2020 pandemic when all the other big banks said no. I was able to completely remodel my home of 23 years! I am absolutely thrilled to work with DFCU!!!!!

I want to commend Jordan for patient, courteous, and attention to detail. He has worked hard to resolve a problem with my accounts. Keep him as a manager!

I've never been to this branch, so this is not a review on the location. But very disappointed that Desert Schools/Financial has done away with the "deposit check" feature online. Their mobile banking app seems to be on the fritz (keep getting a 404 error code). They also slapped on a 7$ monthly checking charge if you don't deposit more than 750$ into your checking each pay period. I tried to call but I don't have all day to wait on the phone, so I gave up. As a new stay at home mom, well, I might have to take my money elsewhere or just make a joint account with my husband at another place. What a pain in the ass. Can't even deposit checks easily anymore. Are we going back in time?!

I never liked Credit Unions but Desert financial is way more than just a credit union.. Just wish you could increase the limits to your Ach deposits

Today my wife and I had an appointment scheduled with US Bank to have loan documents notarized for an out of state purchase. Upon showing up at the bank, the notary turned us away because "they didn't feel comfortable notarizing" our loan documents. After trying to convince the guy to do his job and he refused to speak with my closing loan officer we left infuriated. We called around and found Desert Financial, with whom we do not have an account, would take care of us. We showed up without an appointment and were seen promptly by Gabriela. Not only did she confidently notarize our documents and make sure everything was signed correctly, but she provided copies of the 100+ papers all without charging a dime. Needless to say, Gabriela saved the day for us and we will be switching banks soon! Thank you so much!

No one in the branch, asked to leave because of senior hour is 9-10. You aren’t Walmart, you don’t have hundreds of people coming to your branch each day. Might want to reconsider this. I could understand if you had a bunch of people in there but you had zero customers and I was asked to leave. I will take my business account elsewhere

Very nice professional people there only thing I didn't like was the mask policy but other then that they were fast professional n simple Yuridia made everything fast within 7 minutes literally I had a bank account n a debit card 💯 satisfied not like other banks this one made sense n they were very helpful very good customer service

The wonderful staff makes it a pleasure to go inside and not use the ATM! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
