This was my first time at this establishment and it did not disappoint!! An incredible store, clean and well kept with very sweet and kind staff. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name that helped me. She was super nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely return and make this my go to store when I go thru my thing's and am ready to get rid of some stuff. They offer great rates for your item's. I am overall really pleased with my experience and will return soon.

Denny's is wonderful. Staff is super attentive. Friendly and even funny.. I will never go to another pawn shop. This one is the best in Asheville.

I I've been a loyal customer since I moved to the area. Their items are fairly priced and they give you fair value for your sale and pawn items. They also send out automatic reminders or when tickets are due which I found to be very useful. I trust them to do Fair honest business and will continue to be a patron of theirs for as long as I live in the area.

I love this place!!!! The staff was amazing and very hospitable and knowledgeable. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I have OCD and I love the cleanliness and organization. Hats off to Denny's Pawn. You have got to go.

I have been a customer at Denny's for the last 6 years. I have found them to be extremely fair in their prices and super helpful in every interaction I have had with them. I give them 100%.

I am not from North Carolina and went here yesterday trying to find a PS3 game for a family member I found 1. Was able to purchase it and held on to the receipt as I was told to bring it back if there were any issues. I found out that he already had this game so brought it back today for a refund. And speriod instead I was told I could get a store credit which made no sense As I then inform them I do not live in this state. The woman at the front was very nice and I think genuinely good at her job however whoever she went and spoke to in the back not only Said no but apparently reiterated the store credit absurdity. I simply ask that they give this credit to somebody in need and hopefully when they respond to this instead of trying to tell me about some stupid policy they will just tell me who they bless this holiday season.

I never had a bad experience here in the few yrs I been dealing at Denny's. The people are kind and fair, Not like Allen's Pawn where I have felt they were trying to get over on me! And haven't been back there and probably never will

Denny's Jewelry and Pawn is a very pleasant place to shop. They care about what you need, try to assist in any way they can, and are quite knowledgeable about what they have in stock. Last year, I purchased a high processing laptop for IT work and gave them a spec sheet on exactly what i needed and right away they knew whether they had what i needed or not. The laptop still works flawlessly, so I know they don't sell any junk.

So in all fairness the store was clean and we'll organized price point seems to be close to the competition . How ever I took two impacts in there one of which was Mac other DeWalt the nice lady just didn't know anything and didn't ask for advice from another worker who may have known more instead she guess a valve that wasn't a fair market guess her offer was 100$ wile Alan's offered 350$and we agreed on 400
